having pain in left arm an left rib cage can't stand the pain

what could be happening to me? can't stand anything to touch my skin under the arm

has anyone else had this happen to them/

can I keep my lap top computer plugged in all of the time to charge it or do I just charge it until its one hundred percent ?

a week after my boy friend of three yrs died, i went to his grave site there was this woman there she told me i was his girl friend i went into complete shock. i stated to her i was his girl friend too, for the past three yrs that he an i had went shopping three days before he died in another city he wanted to buy curtains for his bed room i told her then we come home an made love took a nap. that he had give me flowers for val. day and a nice necklace for xmas.she stated he gave me flowers too an a necklace also she said he spent the afternoon with me on val. day ( as i am a nurse an at was at work) but he come the next day with the flowers i told her he called me every night at 10pm she stated he called me at 9:30pm.at this point she was already in her car with the window rolled half up. she drove off as fast as the could . i did find her on face book i wrote her a short note. she ans back with very ugly remarks to me .to leave her along . but i want to tell her something so bad i can harly stand it . so i thought of writing her a letter . but would hate to get into trouble .like harassment charges .so tell me should i or should i not ? i cannot put this to rest until i tell her somethings i want to tell her . yes i know he was a player as i found out his wife or twenty seven yrs divorce him for cheating on her as she told me so much yes i called the ex wife after meeting up with the other woman ..i just cannot let this go. i think of it all of the time i want to yell at him but can't . he was so sick with his heart cond. that i truly trusted him. now i know every time he called me he was telling lies and to her also .
