I've been friends with a guy for a number of years now. He's an attractive guy - tall, athletic, muscular. We work out in the same gym. He broke up with his boyfriend a few weeks ago, so I've been trying to cheer him up.

Before I go further, this is a true story.

Yesterday, he was helping me to clean my new apartment. It was very warm outside and the air conditioning isn't working in the building yet, so my apartment was extremely warm. I've often teased him about his sexuality and took things a little further. I stripped down to my underwear (thong and bra) and dared him to do the same, which he did.

Things got a little playful and much to my surprise, got sexual. I promise you... I didn't detect any signs of him being gay.

I didn't really intend for things to happen the way they did. I know he claims that he still has feelings for his ex. But now a day later, I can't stop thinking about what happened. He was really good. Do you think he's really gay, and even if so, that we have a chance? We really connect well and we always have a good time together.

I get so nervous, I can barely stop from trembling. The words stutter and stumble from my mouth and I can barely catch my breath. They say practice makes perfect, but getting there is my big problem. Is there something I can take that will calm me down (and think clearly)?
