I went out to dinner at a "traditional" mexican restaurant and ordered flautas and I'm pretty sure it was that powdered grated parmesan cheese all over them. Is that normal for mexican food? I thought parmesan was kind of an.. italian cheese.

I'm 24 years old and I smoked on and off for about 5 years.. but it's been at least a year since my last cigarette. I don't have that same "smoker's cough" that I once had, but every so often I'll have an unavoidable phlegm-y cough. Is this my lungs cleaning out the damage from smoking? When will this go away, if ever? Any experience or tips?

Everywhere i've been reading keeps going on about how hard it is to heal a fracture of this type. The doctor said to wear an aircast for six weeks.. it's been about 5 and I've stopped wearing the aircast because it doesn't hurt and it feels pretty good. Am I healed? Or am I just playing with fire?
