OK so I need to know how to

Write the exponential expression in logarithmic form

One of the problems will have base e-can I see an exmaple??

Can you also do these 2 problems for examples?

1. Rewrite the exponential equation 4^-3=1/64 in logarithmic form

2. Write the exponential equation e^5/2=12.1825...

A sample contains 100 grams of carbon. Carbon has a half-life of 5715 years. How much carbon remains after 1400 years? Round your answer to the three decimal places.

OK! So I know you need to find K -

.5=e^(-k)(5715)

ln .5=(-k)(5715)

k= -(ln .5/ln 5715)

k=.080125

OK so great...I got K...now what do I do?

Hi, my computer has been acting very funny lately. I have 2 user accounts and the one I regularly use has a Windows 2007 Security alert constantly popping up saying they found 25 dangerous viruses/problems on my computer and I can't even get on my internet without the page popping up stating that the site I'm trying to view (yahoo) is very dangerous. The username I'm on right now isn't having any problems, what can I do to fix this?

I've downloaded AVG spyware but those warnings won't stop popping up & using that username really isn't an option right now!

If you know what to do I'd greatly appreciate it. That username is important to me but I'm having some difficulties!

Someone gave me the idea of sheets - but that will just look tacky. Is there some sort of material or something that I could hang from the wall?

Nothing expensive! Something relatively cheap. I don't really want to spend most of my money on covering the walls.

These boys don't really like being outside and all they want to do is play video games. But the rule is - they only get to play for 30 minutes while I'm babysitting.

I'll be babysitting from 10 am - 4 pm everyday and I need so many ideas!!!!

So I am on one computer that I use to use and buy all my itunes on but then I got a laptop. I don't have any USB or anything - but would it be illegal if I just sent them over email to myself?

The RIAA tracks down people who illegally get music or share music, whatever you want to say, but there are So many haters out there for the RIAA...why is that? because those people are stealing it?

some people say "well music isn't about money so the artist is in it for the wrong reasons if they want the money." Umm so we should take everyone's ideas and everything should be Free, Free, Free? The singers-they sing for enjoyment and for a career so yeah why shouldn't they expect money for their creation? it's like a landscaper designing a garden and not getting paid for it because "their talent should be shared with everyone"....

So anyway my real question:

I think the RIAA should sue anyone stealing music-that's my opinion but what's your opinion?

My real name is Katie but the thing is it's a common name, and well here's the thing, I want to become a singer and I don't like my last name so I was thinking, oh i could just have an awesome nickname and then my last name could be overlooked!

Alright so I live in michigan but i moved like 5 months ago into a new county. And I see that it says that you had to be living for one year in the county....so I guess i'm wondering, can i go to the previous county i lived in and file a name change there? or can you not do that?

And do you also know how much all this costs? Estimation?

Hey I'm 16 and I don't have a lot of acne but enough to be looking for a treatment.

At the moment I'm using Clinique which works pretty well but not fantastically. I've used Nuetrogena..mm..Clean and Clear...and a few others that you can just go buy at the store.

I'm looking right now at Acnenux, Exposed, Zenmed and a few others.

Pretty much I'm asking, do you have an acne treatment that works really well and leaves no acne left??? Has anyone used any of the products that I am looking at at the moment???

OK so on the site I'm looking at it says that in Michigan

A home school is considered a nonpublic school (see People v. Bennett, 501 N.W.2d 106 (Mich. 1993)). All nonpublic schools must use certified teachers.

But then says

There are no requirements to notify, seek approval, test, file forms, or have any certain teacher qualifications.

OK, can you tell me if I need my parent to be at home when school is in session because those statements are totally contradictory???

Also I'm looking at Keystone National High School and since they have certified teachers teaching me online, does that mean that I'm covered for the certify teacher law?

I'm in my junior year and I just moved so I need all this info ASAP so I can convince my mom that this is legit and the right thing to do.

Do I need to tell my superintendent of our decision?

I am really thinking about becoming homeschooled. My parents aren't at home durng the day because they both work. I'm at a site where there are online classes and I guess I was wondering if I have to have anyone at home w/ me when my classes are online. Just in case it matters, I live in Michigan. THANKS! ♥

I'm a junior in high school and everyone has their friends already. I will admit that I am shy at first around people I don't know. I'm never the one that would be talking first. I've been going to the high school for 4 days and I don't mind my classes but I eat lunch alone and I don't like it. There is this girl in my 4th hour that I'd really think I'd get along with and she has the same lunch w/ me and everything. She asked me yesterday how I like the school and I said That I pretty much liked it but had to get use to everything still. And then today she asked me if I found the lunchroom OK. How can I become friends with her? What can I say or invite her to do without freaking her out? Please Help.

OK i started guitar last week and i know like 10 chords and i can read some notes(which I'm still working on). So if you learn a lot of chords and practice from going to chord to chord will you be able to play a lot of songs? is guitar really that easy or am i missing something?
