  • How Do you Deal with constant pain?

    I was injured at physical therapy 4 years ago and have constant pain down my neck into my upper back. At times, the pain is unbearable. I am not currently on any pain meds because they all make me feel groggy. I try to rely on my faith to get me through the hard days. I can't describe how much it hurts to others.

    I feel like I have no one to talk with. My husband is disabled and has his own health issues, so I don't want to burden him. I don't want to worry my children either. I was talking with my priest and he has sinced moved out of state.

    I feel like just screaming out " This sucks!"

    How do others cope with the constant pain and the emotional wear and tear?
