Organ pain?
Normal I go to my mother, a nurse with a doctorate, when something is wrong, and wait 24 hours before that, but she's in Haiti this week on a medical mission trip. My organs, something in the upper right mostly, and other spots but mostly there, have been in pain all day. It got really bad at school where I couldn't eat lunch or even really move and stayed in a somewhat fetal position at my desk which just ended up looking like I was sleeping but wide awake, laying on my back or stomach has proven most comfortable but it still hurts.Should I have gone to the nurse, or go tomorrow if it persist? Could just be nothing or is it serious? I'm home alone with no car so I can't just go to the hospital or a clinic.

In AZ most if not all places have a no shirt, no shoes, no service rule and sign. Public nudity and indecency also gets one arrested. But if you image search Walmart customers, or worst of Walmart you come across people missing those, as well as any top coveringunderware at all like say a bra or bikini on some women, people in just their underware, or just panties or boxers or briefs, people missing pants, people missing underware and pants or skirt, and you get the idea. Do they just let everyone in? I'm all for you doing you, but there are limits to that like when and where depending on what it is.

Found it in my house, which is located in a desert valley of Arizona, US. Clearly not a geko reminds me of a breaded dragon but I don't think it matches.

Of law, other groups, other views, other cultures, history, vocabulary, medical, psychology, logically, ect.
I get some are just stupid or don't have access to information on the internet, or life experience of any kind, but some people literally just choose to be ignorant and uninformed.
