Ok so I got the new iOS 6 update a couple of days ago but my internet started acting up. It was saying that i had no service when i was connected to wifi in my house. So I tried to restore but now it's stuck in recovery mode? WHat do I do? Please Help?

If I use my iTunes card today and buy a bunch of stuff including an app that is 180 mb, can i actually download the app a couple days later when i go somewhere with wifi since I have already purchased it or do I have to buy it again?
