i wanna study russian state medical university 4 medicine..im 4rm malaysia...after i finished foundation in science i think i want 2 continue my studies there...if i finished my medicine studies there i can get government job here ? ! i really confusing now..pls help me friends..answer my question briefly pls..thank you :)

I am SPM student...i am waiting for my spm result..i think mahsa university college is best for to do diploma in physiotherapy ? Is it right ? mahsa college is best for doing diploma ? got jobs after finished my diploma there ? because somebody said if study in private college means did not get jobs easily..tats y...im really confusing..what to do now ?

I am spm student 2011..waiting for my result..my ambition is be a Physiotherapist..now i'm searching college about it to study...i want list of colleges about Physiotherapy in Malaysia...Is it have a bright future for a Physiotherapist in Malaysia ? I want some colleges who are sponsor a scholarship too...please help me friends :)
