is there a time limit . i heard everytime it is rented for over one year is this true?

I posted a question awhile back and discovered I didn't know how to insert pictures or send a link. So, I thought I'd try again via Facebook. I believe the dividers are made of teak wood and bamboo. I have had them for twenty years. They were in the shape then as they are now which is fair to good. I just can't see not being able to enjoy them as they are really detailed and delicate as of course each panel is a continuing story. I would really like to find out the story behind the story. I have tried and failed. But I now have a pic of the Signature and more of the dividers also. I would also like to find out where I could get them restored. Behind the people and the story, the back- round is made of tiny thin bamboo lines cut like crazy puzzle pieces. Who do you ask to fix something like that. Along with the bottom smaller panels have white clay looking picture/story that is set on a bamboo back-round which is smooth. Any information I can get would be greatly appreciated. If I cannot afford to restore these I would be interested in selling them. The damage is minor as I only open them up to show how cool they are otherwise they are folded up and out of harms way. I have paid my rent on time for four years. I helped a friend pay her rent , same apt. complex. My deposit is $400 plus a $200- pet deposit. Both refundable. When I moved I was on good terms and I cleaned my apartment so well the onsite manager said I would get my whole deposit back. So I just recieved a check for $36-. They want to charge me for cleaning the carpet and some tools that came up missing. My new girlfriend work at the apartments in exchange for rent. We met fell in love and moved out. They accused her of taking things and are charging me for something she didnt do. Isnt that slander? Help i need my money and I want it now.

I would love any information on these room dividers. I have had these for 20 years. The artwork is just breathtaking and I would love any....any info that someone could give me. I would like to keep them, but fear the cost, for me, is out of reach. They are too beautiful not to be shown. They however are in great shape. I have remove two of the panels to preserve them. they are about 7 feet and each panel pops out. each panel is different....take a look.

The mobile home we have rented for nearly 10 years is in escrow for 2 more weeks. We acquired this by being asked to live very cheap and care for the trees. We owe back rent and the seller asked us to pay up in 2 weeks or they will take us to court. The buyer stated we need to get out, but, will give us the use of their RV on the property until we find a new place to live. What I want to know is our we entitled to receive cash for keys? And how long long do we have. We have not packed anything as the buyer and the seller told us they wanted things to remain as they are here. We had a month to month lease I believe. We have no protection from the black mold we have lived with and the time line to move is freakin me out. With no place to go cash for keys would be a great help/ Thankx M.

I made a mistake and got in trouble with the postmaster. He left me his card after opening my mail and said I was to contact him in a day or so. He also stated if I tell on three people to get them in trouble I will not have to go to prison and this will all go away. I don't know three people and this was something very silly and very stupid any suggestions. Are they not suppose to charge me with something not just tell me call them later? What is going on. Scared and don't know what to do?

I just got into trouble with the postmaster inspector and I was not charged with anything, but, he stated if I tell on three I go free. Is this a legal move can they really ask me to do such a thing? What if I don't even know three? Scared and in fear of loosing my scholarship over a bad move.

Help ! I just moved to Ca. from Nevada. I was waiting for my unemployment decision from Nevada at my new address in California. I received a letter stating I needed to verify my identity with a Notary Public and send it back to Nevada. I did send in the paperwork they asked for and was approved to receive my benefits. I waited for 2 weeks and checked online only to see that my checks were sent out and cashed. Not by me and the checks were sent to my old address. This is where they were stolen along with the visa card unemployment sent it too was activated in Reno. So now someone has taken all my money that unemployment sent to the wrong address. How could they do that when they sent me paperwork regarding my identity to the wrong address knowing I am in California. I am assuming the people that stole my money gathered my personal information off the computer that I used in there house. They must have used there telephone to activate the visa card? So, now I don't know what to do. I received a print out of the visa activity and it verified the use of AT M's used in Reno to withdraw my money. Will I be able to get that money back? Will the people that stole from me be prosecuted. Where do I turn to take the first step. One representative said it is my fault that someone got my personal information therefore I am not able to re coupe my money. Is this true? That was a new beginning for me and I hope is is not taken away from me. If anyone knows what to do I could sure use some help. Thank you Very Much for any info possible.

Hi, my name is Mary. My Brother just returned home from the hospital after having a heart attck and triple bypass surgery. He is now in dire straights. He hasn't worked for over a month and his bills of course are piling up. Is there any emergency help that he can get so he doesn't loose his home or electric. His attack was brought on by stress and now with the thought of loosing his home is going to kill him. So I told him I would go to my favorite place, Yahoo Answers! I know I will get a quick responce. Danny, my Brother lives in Nevada. I live in California. What I need to know is there any money out there through Social Services or some kind of emergency fund for people that have had a medical situation like this? I understand this must happen alot as he is the third person I know of in the last month to have suffered a heart attack. The only help he has been able to find is help with food. Which is wonderful but now he needs to know there is help so he doesnt loose his home. If anyone has any info on any services that may help him save his house and his sanity I would be so greatful. His rent is due and he doesnt know what to do. This is his first home and he is scared and so am I ...for him. Please let me know so I can help save my brother and his house. Thank you very much. I have been in a car accident. It has been established I am hurt and I have had one very well know attorny and I fired them. Now my lawyer will not give me any paper work on my case. They are asking for 33 percent. If he has to file it goes up to 45 percent and 50 percen if we go to trial is this right? Why cant I have a copy of my case? I need help.

I bought this wonderful book at a garage sale. When I got home I realized that the Author had signed the book in 1900. He signed it "To The Honorable William H. Barnes" Where can I get a fair price for this treasure. The book is a hardback and in exellent condition. I look forward to all responces. Thanx Everyone

My husband died suddenly at his Mother's home two weeks ago. We were separated and pending divorce. His Mother wants his ring and will not pay for his creamation unless I give her this ring. Meanwhile it cost $75 per day and I am discusted with her greed. I am willing to sell the ring to pay for these mounting daily costs but I am on a time limit. Is there any one who can help pay for his creamation as all money is tied up because of his (loving) Mother. I need advise quick and don't know where to turn to put this man to rest. Is there any government agencies or a church that I could turn to I can't just leave him there even if we were getting a divorce he doesn't deserve to be put in cold storage for lack of love from his Mother and lack of funds from a wife who is at a loss for words and a question of some peoples morals and family values. Both of my parents past away in 1997 in Nevada. I have five siblings one of which was instructed to give my two children the money they have put in a money market and others monies through insurance, retirement, and more that I am not sure of as I do not know the name of the lawayer my Mother had hired. My Father died first then my Mother followed eight months later. I am also not sure the will was finished. She did have a living will. All in my imediate family new of thier wishes by verbaly expressing so. Now my Brother who played executor, said their is no money. My children have reached twenty one plus now and are wondering what went wrong. How could their Uncle do such a thing. We would like justice and some kind of details of where an estimated $58,000.00 went to. Thankx for any help anyone can offer me. Thank you !
