Applicant to a State University,takes a psychological exam to find where they would best be suited. The exam,takes around an hour to complete.Multiple question type,extensive,time consuming. Results in applicants exam,BS in Criminal Justice degree. The catch here is,the applicant,Career criminal.Two time loser. How do you figure this? Seen it with my own two eyes.
