Now that I am 18, I'm no longer under the legal care of my mom anymore.

I'm a college student and the only form of ID I have is my student ID. I know my SS number. I don't have a drivers license or permit. Both my original SS Card and Birth Certificate were lost in a storage shed.

To get a birth certificate I need a Federal Issued ID, same with social security card. For a Federal Issued ID I need my birth certificate and proof that I'm a citizen, etc.

See my dilemma? For one I need the other, and I have neither.

Does anyone know any way I can go about fixing this? I am from Iowa.

I'm looking for new animes to watch, preferably newer ones.

It would be awesome if they were fantasy animes with romance.

For instance, one I saw recently and fell in love with was Sword Art Online.

My all time favorite is Inuyasha, though it's a bit older.

Nothing childish or about young kids please!

I'm 17 years old and a senior in high school.

For about 2 years now, I've had mild to severe depression. Some days are better than others, of course I haven't been "diagnosed" officially.

I find it difficult and sometimes unbearable to leave my room or my bed, but at the same time I feel this loneliness that becomes overwhelming. I wake up, go to school, come home. That's my day.

I get a very tight feeling in my chest often, and at times it gets very hard to breathe and I want to sob. The worst it's ever gotten is a scream-sob-fest over what, I don't know.

My mom knows I have a problem, she heard me one night when I was crying, asked if I needed help, and said she would help me. But she never made good on her promise. I've had a pretty shady past, with an alcoholic mother and I practically had to raise my siblings. My brother was sent to live with my uncle and aunt and I was sent to live with my grandparents while my sister stayed with my mother. When I lived with my grandparents (a year ago) that's when things really started to get bad, and they've only grown worse.My grandparents kicked me out after a year, claiming they've already done their job as parents and they don't have the time for another. I now live with my mom again.

I don't know what to do, and I'm having thoughts that scare me.

If anyone has any advice or suggestions, please let me know. I can't handle feeling like this anymore.

So my boyfriend and his family are big-time Jehovah's witnesses .

Him and I have been dating for awhile and it's been amazing, but the only problem is that his parents won't accept me because I'm not a Jehovah's Witness, nor practicing any religion at all. I guess you could call me an atheist.

We've broken up once already because of this, but got back together.

Don't get me wrong, we're happy, but there has been a week or so here and there where i haven't seen or talked to him because his parents took his phone because they don't want him talking to me.

Has anyone else here been in this situation?

I got my ears pierced 3 weeks ago. When can I change them? I forgot what the piercer said..

So for the past few days I've had a really sore throat and runny nose. Those are gone now, but I just took my temperature and it's 100.8 (not sure if that's a fever or not) I don't have chillls, it's actually the opposite. I'm very hot. My grandparents are asleep, and they have to work very early so I don't want to wake them. My chest hurts. Almost as if they are too full of air. It hurts worse when I'm laying down. It only feels a little better when I drink something cold (i'm drinking apple juice right now) i'm spitting out mucous and snot (gross, I know) but i'm not coughing. I took a Mucinex D, to see if it would help.

Can someone help me, please?? :(

Today I went and got my ears pierced for the second time (the first ones closed up)

The guy told me I had to wait 6 weeks before I could change earrings, so that the piercing can heal (understandable)

How long should I wait to stretch/gauge my ears?

Okay, so in 7th grade my mother became and alcoholic and things were out of control. Even before that, my mom has been extremely irresponsible and not careful with money. She had got pregnant and had me at the age of 17 and dropped out of high school. We have never kept an apartment for more than 3 years, we've stayed in people's basements (Theres me, my 12 year old brother, and my 8 year old sister, plus my 33 year old mother sharing one room), never owned a house, all of our dads are out of the picture. well my sister's dad died. they barley pay child support.

Anyways, so the people we lived with turned out to be druggies and they lost the house. so of course we had to move out too. My mom went to live with her boyfriend and my sister went with her. My brother is staying at my uncle and aunts house. He is on probation for spray painting a truck, sidewalks, lightpoles, etc. He lived there off and on before we had to move out, so they let him stay with them full time. I'm staying with my grandparents. i'm 16. Since I was 13 I have been playing the "mom" role for my brother and sister because my mom spends almost all her time at either her boyfriends' house (before she lived there) or at the bar. she couldn't attend our school events because she was either buzzed, drunk, or hungover.

My grandparents are very very very nice and supportive of me and they don't like my mom. My mom kind of has her **** together more than she did, and she found an apartment. I'm not sure if i want to go or not..i don't want to be playing "Mom" again. I'm only 16. i want to experience being a normal teenager. There are so many things i have missed out on. I'll be a junior next year and i've never been to a dance, never had a boyfriend, and barley hang out with friends. How do I break it to her that I don't want to live with her, that I want to stay with my grandparents. She'll be living a half an hour away. I know she'll try and guilt me into it...

please...any advice?

Lately, I've had a problem. Ill go to bed around 10 pm and sleep super deeply and have weird dreams and ill wake up around 2pm. Ill eat, go through my day but all I do is yawn and all I want to do is take a nap. The other day I slept from midnight to 3 pm, was awake for 2 hours, then fell back asleep. What's wrong with me? I'm 16 and female. This only just started happening. Its only been happening for about 2 weeks.

I'm a fairly good artist on normal paper, but i'm considering buying a DigiPro Drawing Tablet. I don't know much about it,but I don't have the money to buy a Wacom. Is there any extra software I need to get if i were to get the DigiPro? I don't want to spend the money on photoshop. Does DigiPro come with it's own software?

I am almost completely blind in my right eye. im turning 16 in July. Im not sure they will let me get my permit if i can't pass the eye exam.

Is it possible to get my permit/license If im half blind?

For those kids we know with lisps, interchangeable sounds, stutters, and other speech impediments, do you think that public and private schools should have individual classrooms and classes in the school? If so or not, why?
