I have read the Total Money Makeover and have begun following the plan. However, I find myself wondering if signing up for the services on his Web site are worth it. Is it all covered in the book, is the online program of any help, do the budgeting tools and other services really work or am I better of just sticking to the book? Thanks in advance!

How long can you keep frozen meat (ground beef)? When do I know if it is time to throw it out? I am cleaning out my freezer and fridge and came across some ground beef from April of this year. Is it still safe to eat or is it better to throw it out? I usually stick to "when in doubt throw it out". Thanks!

My friend's husband freaks out if she says no to sex. He will yell at her and tell her that she has problems and says that she must be revolted by his body . If she tries to walk away he follows her. She doesn't always say no to him and he tries to bribe her , make her promise him to have it, and simply thinks that she should always be willing . She does not know what to do and I am not sure what to tell her. She has to young young children and has been with him since she was a teen she is now 25. What can I do to help her? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
