Okay, so I read somewhere that some states allow adults 18 years of age and older to purchase handguns from an UNLICENSED dealer. That is, a dealer not federally licensed. I know to purchase a handgun in Ohio from a FFL-dealer you must be 21. I'm 19, so if I were to go to a gun show, could I legally purchase and possess (not open carry or CCW) a handgun?

Also, I'm joining the military soon. I leave 16 September. As a member of the Armed Forces, can I legally purchase and possess a handgun, regardless of age? Thanks in advance.

A little background first:

I ship out for the US Air Force in 87 days (but who's counting). My girlfriend and I have been together for three months now, and three day after me leaving would mark six months. Regardless of the amount of time we've been together, I want to take her out to dinner. You know, "just" a limo or a nice car picking us up, taking us up north to eat at Smith and Wollensky's, or a waterfront restaurant, who knows? Someplace nice, for sure.

Alright, well 3 weeks ago today I lost my sister by stillbirth, she was 38 weeks gestation. She was buried at Arlington yesterday, my stepmom is active duty, USAF. I want to compile a larger playlist in dedication to her.

Right now I have an iPhone 4S, but I'm downgrading to a basic line :( and want to know that if I downgrade to an iPhone 4 and unlock it, would I have to pay for the PHONE LINE and the data, the phone line only, or none of the above after the iPhone 4 unlock. Please no answers on how to unlock or how complicated it is, I've done it before.

I'm normally really smart with this kind of stuff. But I don't know what to do. I have the iPhone 4S CDMA version (Verizon) and am moving in with my dad who has T-Mobile. I'd like to keep my iPhone 4S but need to have T-Mobile. I know there is a way to unlock the GSM (AT&T) version of the iPhone 4S to work on T-Mobile but what should I do to prepare my iPhone 4S if I were to sell it or trade it for a GSM iPhone 4S?

Okay, so two months ago I was hit by a car. I had a comminuted Tib/Fib fracture. I'm walking now and my tibia is healing. I have two screws in my knee and two in my ankle. These hold in a metal bar in my tibia. I have been using painkillers (Vicodin/acetaminophen) intermittently, last dose was last week on Monday I think. Does any of this defer me from donating blood on 21 November?
