I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 which, for some reason, refuses to either send or receive email on my yahoo account. It did until May 29 but has not done so since. (my wife's identical model receives her emails on Tesco.net) What do I need to do, please. I does connect to the internet - just not my mail.

Since the introduction of the new system, I have not been able to open my inbox altho' I can access my "compose", "contacts" and "calendar" sections.

This enormous tree, in excess of 60 feet in height, overhangs our garden, depriving it of much sunlight and, in the autumn, dropping thousands of leaves on to our garden. Could we compel the "owners" to have it trimmed or could we employ a tree surgeon to trim back the branches overhanging our property. If we did would we have to foot the bill or could we charge it to the neighbour and what would have to happen to the offcut branches. We do worry that this tree could fall (as did one in the garden next door to this one) and cause great damage to our home, garden and outbuildings.

When I try to use the 2 month trial of MS Office all I get is an instruction to download again. What am I doing wrong and how do I get Office to "perform" as it should?

My laptop asks me to enter a 14 figure product key but there is no record of such a key in any of the paperwork that came with the laptop - which came from PC World.

With Windows XP, to create A4 sized signs, using Works, I would go to "Insert" then "Picture" then "Word Art"; type the words for the sign into the box, adjust the layout and then "stretch" the contents of the box to fill the A4 page. In XP, there is no "Insert Word Art" facility. What can I use?

When using Works (in Windows 7 Premium) to produce a document, the toolbar which allows me to change font size and colour, to underline, italicise or embolden, and to align the document, has disappeared. How can I restore it?

I have read that to use the "watch one channel and record another" on Freesat + I will need a more sophisticated dish that the one I use at present. Is this the case and, if so, what sort of dish do I need and how much (approx) would installation cost?

The picture on our main tv is watched via a Freesat dish and Freesat HD tuner although we don't have an HD set.. We see that most HD televisions on offer have an inbuilt Freeview tuner. Will we be able to watch Freeview programmes via our Freesat dish or will we need another aerial for the Freeview signals? (There are some Freeview programmes not available on Freesat, eg. Yesterday, Dave Five USA, etc.

I am not able to activate any program as my desk top does not display any of the necessary icons.

And also which one introduced running up piles of sand as a training exercise?

I used to teach this piece to children in the 70's. It had a piano accompaniment.
