  • Relationship Advice: Is it wise to move out for a few days?

We have been together for 5 years, married for almost 4.

Lately we have been arguing frequently, from my point of view this is because of stress and how we are trying to cope with it (work and more then anything: applying for my indefinite leave to remain visa and everything that brought with it including the life in the U.K. test).

I guess I am not the nicest person though Im doing my best. However his fuse have been very short. I know there are other things in his mind and he is generally upset. I have tried my best to comfort and support him, because I love him very much.

After an argument, yesterday he sent me an email telling me he was going to sleep in the studio until he felt it was ok for him to come to bed. He needed to be left alone to think. He even said that if we kept hurting each other this marriage was doomed. He has to be sure that our relationship was going to last. Last week, I think it was, he had said how much he loved me but I frustrated him a lot and he was working on that.

I have spoken to a friend and she has recommend me to go to hers for a couple of days to leave him alone, allow him to miss me and wait until he wants me back. In any woman's dream you expect your knight to come after you but is this wise thing to do? should I leave for a couple of days? and if I do will he come after me?

I really appreciate your advice people, I don't want to do anything stupid and regret it.

    Best wishes to all.

  • Do I need a new spouse visa to move within the EU member states?

My husband is a British citizen from birth. I am of Mexican nationality. I have been living with him in the U.K. since January 2009 on a spouse visa (with working permit). We wish to permanently relocate to Spain. Do I need to apply for a new spouse visa for Spain or do I have the right of freedom of movement within the EU member states as he does?

If neither of these apply what is the correct course of action?

  • CRB check hasnt come back to me in 5 months what legal procedures can I take? I need it urgently to start work?

I paid for a CRB check to start working as a teacher through a teaching company. Its been 5 months and I havent been able to start working.

Ive called and called the CRB and the company but it has all been "sorry we have been on vacations", "Im going to be on vacations", "sorry but we sent it back a month ago and someone forgot to signed it" "Whoops we misspelled your name we had to start all over again" (this last one must say is my favorite).

I have now written a complaint letter but havent heard anything back, I urgently need to start working for me and my family, as this recession has really kicked us bad, what legal procedure can I follow to make this right?

Im in the UK (south Wales) Im on a spouse visa and have sent them my full Mexican CRB disclosure. No criminal record, not even a driving ticket!

    Please need your advise!

I understand that all body functions and sensations are basically a chemical soup on the brain that allows us to perceive life. What happens with religious or spiritual experiences? is it in the brain too? where?

    2. Is there anyone out there who has accomplished a better life with meds?

  • What is the origin/significance of the engraving on a wedding band?

I am about to get married and am having a little difficulty deciding what to have engraved on our wedding bands. It would help if I knew where the tradition started and what it is supposed to signify.

  • should I just trust him? am I been paranoic?

Ill try to keep this short. When my fiancee and I met, we had a great connection and chatted for hours, a few times told me about a female friend that was close to him but he wasnt interested in her. We became a couple a few months later and everything was perfect, till one day I discovered that this "friend" was his sex buddie at the time we met, and he broke up with her when started the relationship with me but remained friends. I asked him why he didnt tell me before (instead of finding out by someone else) and he told me he was afraid of losing me. He told me he didnt trust her much anyway, that it meant nothing it was just sex and she was just way to immature. He promised me he was going to finish any type of relationship he had with her for the good being of ours. I havent heard from her, he deleted her from his contacts on msn (not from his cellphone), and although I know he is being honest I still have my doubts about his honesty and all the girls in his past!!
