I am trying to find my adopted younger brother, but all I have is a birth date & place, no name at all, help?
I also know the adoption agency that placed him, but they wont help me, Ive tried several times. I also know his biological fathers name if that could help, but I doubt it. Anyone that could be of any help, please contact me...it is very important that I find him. He is 26 now, will be 27 in March.
