they are 3x8 foot with an assortment of veggies. all are annuals with exception of strawberries

probally out of doubled up cedar deck boards. that will be roughly 11 inches tall. anyone have root depth problems when using a weed barrier?

i want to build some raised beds. i have room for 12 6x3 beds. but, i do not have a lot of money to spend on this and i will need to buy dirt. i dont need to build them all this year but would like to do as many as possible. i looked up pressure treated wood and dont feel comfortable using it. how about pine? will that last at least like 5 years? any other ideas? also how about grass between the beds it is in my yard. thanks

i want to make some and have enough room for 12 6x3 beds. can i use pressure treated wood and cover the inside with plastic? i looked up the msds on them and it doesn't sound like a problem but it feels shady.or how does pine hold up? dont have a lot of money for this and ill need dirt. dont have to make them all but i would like to make as many as possible. general tips would haelp too if you have any good ones. thanks
