I just got a cat from the pound and when we went to pick him up he had a chest cold and is on atibiodics. We just got 2 puppies and are afraid of them cathing anyhting from this new addition!

This guy tried speeding around me in the bus lane and side swiped me. I have a 6-7 inch scrape on my fender and he (identified in photo line up, got lic. pl#) admitts that I was honking and telling him to pull over and knew I was on the phone with the police, but he still refused. His excuse was he thought I was crazy because he thinks he didnt hit me so why should he. Well now what????? The CA is giving me a hard time because he wont admit and he has no damage (supposidly) Mind you not he had to give his own pictures to the detective a month after because the car is regestard as non oper. Anyone every involded with something sim??

Got side swiped and was able to get Lic. pl# before he took off. Made police report. They told me the vehicle is listed as non-operative. Which obviously means it's not insured NO matter who is driving. So I file a claim and was first told my 500 ded. could be waived then 3 days later when I told them I had an estimate (not telling amount) and what is the next step.. they said they would send me a check less 500 for the repair. When asked why it changed he started ranting different reasons and basically gave me a run around why....

What are the guide lines to have this waived..I feel like wool over the eyes-The police told me that in some cases the ins. co waives the ded. in Hit & Run

What happened in my case where I am unable to have waived? FYI-I havent heard anything from the police yet on other party. More than likely I will need to pick from line up if reg. owner gives him or driver up then will need to go get ded. in court?

I have not placed any calls and the phone will ring, I answer it and it will start to ring on the other end ????And they answer???????
