I had a dream that really disturbs me, so much that I don't even want to tell my husband about it. In the dream, my husband, son, and I were standing around with a group of people doing archery. Suddenly I had what in the dream seemed like a great idea: asking a woman to shoot me in the chest with her arrow. I kept insisting and she said, "Are you sure?" And I said, "YES!" and I put my arms up to bare my chest, and she fired. No one tried to talk me out of this or stop her from firing, not even my husband or my son. And the arrow hit me and I felt the wind knocked out of me, and I was unable to breathe, and I sank to my knees and my vision started to fade. And that's when I woke up.

I have heard that there are only two plants that make all antifreeze. Peak Antifreeze says it is made in the USA, but in what city/state is it manufactured, or for that matter, any other antifreeze?

I found a new box of spark plugs in a bin at Goodwill and I picked them up thinking they'd work in my dad's car. He said they wouldn't work, so I asked around if anyone else could use them, but no one could, so now I have a box of 4 spark plugs. What should I do with them? I don't just want to throw them away. Should I make some art with them? Recycle them? Can they be recycled? Leave them in a random person's mailbox? Take them back to Goodwill?

My husband is nosy as hell. He's always poking around in my stuff and questioning me about things that he sees I've looked up online. I am thinking about leaving a manila envelope in my truck, filled with blank paper so it's nice and thick, and the top sheet of paper will read, "NOSY ---HOLE!" What would you do if your wife did this to you? Would you be mad?

I really need a song about having sexual tension with someone that you can't stand. Is there anything like this???

I am looking for answers in particular from people who are used to being a minority. I have signed my son up for a new day care that is three blocks from where I work. I love what I have seen of this daycare - they have a preschool learning center, they go on regular field trips, and they have a lot of structure and a lot of fun, too! My son will be the only child at the daycare who is white. All the other children are black. This does not bother me at all. But a couple of people have told me I am "asking for trouble" or that my son may get picked on and I am wondering why?? They are four and five year olds! When we toured the facility he had a blast playing with the children there. Do black children of this age often get bullied if they are the only one in the group? The people at the daycare made me feel very welcome and the kids all seem very sweet. Why do people think I should be worried in this situation?

There are studies that prove that workers who are allowed to sit down are happier, more productive, and make fewer mistakes, yet in spite of that, many companies cruelly and inhumanely force their employees to stand for an entire shift and will not allow them to work while sitting down - even things like putting price stickers on items or counting money. Why do employers feel the need to treat their workers so cruelly?

If someone has transitioned and you are speaking about that person before they made the transition, do you use their current pronoun or their old one? For example if you know a FTM and you are recalling a situation where the male was still a female, do you call him "he" or "she" since you're talking about him before he transitioned?

^ Please take a look at this photo of a roadside memorial behind my apartment building and tell me if you would find this acceptable in your neighborhood. My city seems to think this is "just fine" and allows these to stay up for an indefinite period of time. I personally feel that after a while, this stuff becomes trash, and that there are plenty of reasonable compromises between an outright ban and allowing trash to sit on the curb for months. Thoughts?

Indianapolis has enacted an ordinance that violates the Fourth Amendment of protection from illegal search and seizure, and possibly the First Amendment of free speech. The ordinance states that an individual may not have a "for sale" sign on HIS vehicle on HIS property, and if he does, the city may tow it. This would be an illegal seizure, and also a violation of the First Amendment, since you should be able to freely advertise that your vehicle is for sale. What steps do I need to take in order to challenge this ordinance as being unconstitutional? Good question for law students...

You buy a day pass for our city bus for $4. It's good until 11pm on the day you buy it. I was done with mine today by 2pm and I gave it away to a man who was waiting for the bus on the other side of the street.

Is it dishonest and stealing from the city, or helping a neighbor? Or is it a Robin-Hood kind of thing?

(Keep in mind I don't mind a bit costing my city revenue after my car was destroyed due to a missing stop sign, and the city refused to pay for the damages.)

We might rent one for our vacation, a drive of about 1000 miles round trip. If you have a PT Cruiser or have rented one before, what do you think about it, and what kind of gas mileage does it get? Good? Bad? Mediocre?

If you had $2K to invest, what would you invest it in? Are there any kind of investments that are still wise to put money into and show steady growth?
