Is there a way to make a picture be Black and white, but have a certain part of the picture be color? Like the eyes or something written on a wall or something? Can you do that with a photoshop or some picture program and How?

For summer, I got a halter top, that is brown and has blue and white and (I think) brown stripes across the shirt. I don't want to wear it alone. Will it look okay over top a sleevless white shirt? Or perhaps a brown or blue sleevless or cami type thing? What do you think?

Is there a way to get old wallpaper off a wall. I ripped some of it off, its just the back of it. I dont want to go to a harware store and buy something, so is there anything at a regular house that I could use. ALSO if for some reason I would not be able to get it off, when I paint my room, will you be able to see the wallpaper?

Tomorrow is supposed to be really hot here, and I have a excessive probleme with sweating. I use secret clinical strength deoderant, but I still like to wear a sweater or something to cover up the sweat stains. I have tried an undershirt, but it still shows through a good amount. I dont really want to be wearing a sweater in 70-80 degree weather, when I am already burning up. Have any suggestions?
