I purchased a 1998 Mountaineer from a Dealer in Georgia. My understanding was they have to have the vehicle pass emissions before they can sale it. I just got a letter in the mail that I can have my vehicle emission tested and go get my tag. What is the law in Georgia over a dealer selling a vehicle they didnt test.

If so what are the size limits? I think the biggest we have is a 26". We just dont want to have to go through the check in and check outs. Its the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

What type of drinks are we allowed to take on the cruise and what about the weight limit will the drinks make it alot higher? Are we allowed to take glass bottle drinks? Alcohol? Where do we pack it? This is our first cruise!!!!!!
