Ok , I was walking my dog around the neighborhood and I saw all these grapes in the road and noitced they were falling from a tree! They are a reddish purple and look just like the kind you get from the store. Also on the property is a tree that has what look like red raspberries! I was floored cos grapes and rasperries grow on a vine, not a tree! Ive tried finding what kind of trees these are, but am having no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

My 10 year old son is taking up skating. He started out on a generic board and I now feel he has earned to upgrade. I know of decent brands and those that are built well. But I need to hear from the skaters out there and tell me what brands of Trucks, wheels, bearings and mainboard are your favs. What is the popular editions going. Is it lame to buy a pre-bulit? Ive been interested in the Birdhouse brand but is Tony Hawk still cool? lmao Im so out of the loop and just take an interest in what my kids are into. Im looking to get him a decent board that will not embarrass him yet i dont want to fall into the "marketing" trap and take what i see on web sites to be the truth. Thanks for any imput!

Why is it when i go to the docs, my urine test come back with sugar...that they are always worried about.....yet my blood sugar doesnt go over 130 even after eating a big meal? My fasting blood sugar is in the 90's. I dunno, but it seems im in normal range but Ive was put on metformin a year ago, yet my urine tests are not favorable and they want to increase my dosage. I will do it to prevent it getting worse but am I or am I not within a normal range? I do plan to ask my doc next appointment but wanted to hear any ideas.......... ty

have an autistic child as well as I am a paraprofessional in special education. I work in my sons class. There is a little boy in his class that is aggressive. The parents refuse to seek medication. this boy kicks, scratches, pinches, spits, hits...you name it. He has to be watched at all time because he will grab anything and destroy it. Ive never seen anything like it and I have a severly autistic son myself. Nothing can be left down, drinks food...or it will end up everywhere. Well I was his teacher today and he boxed my ear so hard I lost hearing for a day. He also assulted my son a few minutes later where i almost took my son and walked out. My question, what rights does a teacher have?!?! I know all rights my son has as a student but how much abuse can someone take before the school will step in and force the parents to wake up! I love working in spec. ed but this child is the extreme . He has already scratched another teachers cornea . Cant find anything on the net, help!

Ok Im looking to buy a VW bug/beetle this coming tax season. Ive wanted one ever since I was a kid. Whats the best way to look for one? Im currently looking through ebay, classified and have tried to find some sites but most of them are for the newer version. Im not looking for a fully restored but I decent one that is in good working order that I can do some body work on if needed....looking to spend 3,000 to 4,000..any tips? thanks

I have three kittens who are fully weaned. One kitten I had to hand-raise from a day old. She didnt wean until last week so I went through about 4 cans of formula, the big cans lol Anyhow all the kittens beg for milk when I open my fridge but I dont give them cows milk because of the lactose. I was wondering, is it safe to give milk that is made for lactose intolerent people? If I had a great deal of money I would continue to give them formula to drink just because they like it but its 20 bucks a can. My kitties are fine with water and eat kitten food, I was just thinking since they like milk so much Id like to give them something once in a while .Just looking for opinions.

I was wondering if they actually stay on or if your cat tollerated them very well. I trim my cats nails but they grow back so quickly and my legs look terrible with all the kitty scratches from them trying to get to my lap. Thanks!

I promised myself I would never fall out of the musical loop, but as Ive gotten older I find myself doing what my parents did and listen to what I used to like in my early 20's! It seems most of the popular stuff is teen crap ( Paris Hilton) or alot of hip hop. Im sometimes in the mood for R & B but not all the time. I wonder if it will make a full turn and go back to what I listened to which was what they now call " Adult Alternative". Sighhh, it blows getting old lol

I used to download songs and movies but seems like they are all getting sued so I stopped. Now that Im out of the loop, I wondered if there was a site that was still pretty good with filesharing or have they all been bullied to shut down :(

I have an 8 week , hand-raised kitten that will not wean from the bottle. Ive tried everything Ive found online to mixing formula with soft food, baby food meat, soaked kitten food..the list goes on. She will not drink formula from a dish, she knows its there and Ive let her go all day but she just cries at my feet, looking at me like" Momma feed me already!" Ive also tried formula mixed with soft food in a bottle. She will drink ANYTHING from a bottle so I know its not what shes eating it all about she wants me to do the work. How long can I let her go hungry? I figured if shes hungry enough she will eat, but she is losing weight because I keep trying and she isnt giving in to it! Ive tried all day and that doesnt work..Im out of ideas, help!
