I like Guinness or Newcastle Brown Ale, being English by upbringing and I find a lot of Canadian beers to be too gassy. I'd like to buy Canadian though and imported beer is expensive.

At this time my iPad is recognized but after previous updates it wasn't. Do I really need to update when iTunes is working well for me?

I am the only user of my computer and don't use a password. Every time I update iTunes it doesn't recognize my iPad. The only solution is to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. But the download stalls and I am requested to log in as administrator.

Personally I will not buy Tuna even though I enjoy a Tuna melt, because the Tuna is over fished and the fry are destroyed by oil spills. But why is the sale of Tuna not banned or at least suspended until stocks increase. The possibility is strong that this fish will go extinct.

Because if they are, my opinion is that the West should stop the immigration of Muslims. I've been sent some very scary videos, and there are many on YouTube that seem to make it clear that Muslims have an agenda to take over the Western countries. I say this knowing that there are many Muslims who have no such agenda and just want to live their lives in peace. Perhaps it is too late.

A friend had his Yahoo email taken over. Then I, and others, received an email, from his actual email address, with a plea for financial assistance. There was a box in which to reply to this supposed crisis with what appeared at first glance to be his email address, but on closer examination it could be seen that an there was a strategically placed added letter. This is similar to such scams made over the telephone. I have received one such call. I just hope that Yahoo is taking steps to prevent this email scam.

The media have told us that thousands of people starved to death under his regime. Did this happen out of the sight of the people? I've been to funerals where the spouse didn't cry over the death of their beloved partner, let alone someone they didn't really know. Are human beings so malleable as those North Koreans seem to be. It makes me despair for the human race.

When I click on my shortcuts (through an error that I somehow made) a window appears asking me which program I want to use to open the file. (The shortcut icons are blank. ) The first options it gives me are internet explorer of iTunes, then it invites me to browse. How do I restore the icons to their former appearance and use?

I have an HP Photosmart Plus. I have quite a few old transparencies that show up nicely when projected, but when I scan them they show up as very underexposed. Is there any way to do this on an ordinary scanner. My old scanner had a special tray for transparencies which worked well.
