I;m not saying most indians are obsessed. Just some, which anger me, who think they're better than middle easterners (arabs, iranians, afghans). Most iranians and afghans are iranic, of the indo european people. But, the majority of them are white, and the tajiiks are persian, while the pashtuns are eastern iranic/iranian.

Why do they associate with afghans and iranians when they are really just asian people who are not caucasion like afghans and iranians?

I have been realizing that a lot of indians have been claiming foreign origin if they have light skin. Are they ashamed of their heritage or something? For example, they say that they are Afghan, Iranian, Arab, or Turkish. And they also claim to be the only aryans. the true aryans are the iranians/afghans, and not the indians, who r mixed with dravidians.
