I know the title is confusing but I'm serious. I'm a Catholic Christian, and only recently(no judging please) have I been looking into the bible. From what I see and heard from Protestants that God made men superior to women. That women are suppose to respect men and give all themselves to them. What does that mean? I highly doubt that it means we women are just objects and men have greater power but I don't understand what these things really mean?

This is not a question based on sexuality. Like promiscuous women, sluts, whores--I know already God doesn't like that. But I don't understand when the bible says women need to be quiet and speak only when asked?

Also, I've heard a lot in the bible that women were used as whore to have sex with. I read a paragraph where it said that a father--a FATHER! Offered up his own virgin daughters to have sex with?

I keep hearing bad things about women and I'm begining to hate the bible. I believe in God Jesus and the Holy Spirit but I hate what I'm reading???

They try their very hardest to turn 'miracles' (yes, babies are miracles) into "mistakes" "inconvenience", "torture" they have even said babies are punishments. Ever hear the sentence come out of their mouth "a women should not have to be PUNISHED with a baby for having sex. Also, they love this child free agenda stuff when someone randomly says they don't want kids they stand up and say yes women should not be forced to have kids. Who the hell says women should be forced to have kids? I read an article on this women who was pro-life and she was pregnant with a very sickly baby. The head of the baby was only developed. Since she didn't abort and carried to term most pro-choicers were actually mad at her not aborting. I've realized(though I have seen it before) how much pro-choicers don't like non perfect kids. They get mad that people birth disabled children. They don't think twice when aborting a Down syndrome baby cause to them it doesn't deserve to be loved. They will carry a pregnancy but once the baby is less than their idea of "perfect" oh boy, time to abort.

Am I the only one who sees this???

Is it highly likely I will get caught? It's been a day and no police has shown at our house?

No one followed us (me and my family) out the store. I feel really bad I'm now in tears I do t want my parents to have to pay a fine or anything. Money is so smal here. That's why I took it in the first place! Please someone tell me appropriate answers no jokes, I'm scared!

K, so I'm 14 and yesterday I was at Walmart with my family and it was really busy that day(it always is really). I was in the cheap out line and I really wanted this lip balm. But I costed $3 and I didn't have the money. Money is really tight here to I didn't want to ask for money considering I already got a few things. I didn't think it would hit anyone honest. I didn't feel bad I just don't wanna be caught. If they saw me on camera will they call the police and will I go to jail??? I'm scared!!

So many teens and now little 10 yr olds say Oh my God or oh my Gosh(which is basically the same thing) when most of them(that I know) are atheist or Christian(if you are Christian you are not supposed to use Gods name in vain right?). I don't get it??

Ikno having a baby now is thee worse idea ever but I just want some tips on how to deal with it?? I think it's just in my nature to want a child, and lol puberty isn't exactly helpping with hormones and all.
