My, brother ,mother and i just moved into a 2 bedroom house. but only my brother is on the lease since my mother and i dont have good credit. last night a guy knocked on my door telling me that they are starting the foreclosure process for the house. If i want to break the lease because i dont want to deal with this foreclosure stuff, can she keep my deposit or come at me in some way for having other people live in here instead of the person on the lease? She DID write that there are THREE occupants. but only my brother signed it.

I rented a 2 bedroom house in miami, fl. moved in 2 weeks ago. last night, someone knocked on my door to tell me that the house is on a "starting process of a foreclosure". (The lady that i rented this house from is the niece of the owner of the house. she has power of attorney) She told me that the house is paid off but a line of credit is owed that her uncle was supposed to pay off but he passed away some years ago. I signed a 1 year lease. she says that no matter what, my lease has to be honored and i cant be evicted. is this true? does anyone know about these things?

I remember when i was a child that my parents would touch and kiss my genitals sometimes. I dont recall it ever being a sexual thing, but its something that has stuck with me til this day (im 27 now this went on till i was about 10). im sure at the time, they just thought it was cute and funny but i feel like it has affected me in a negative way. For the past two days, he has been randomly yelping. Its completely random! I would walk up to him and just before id pet him, he would sometimes yelp. Sometimes he would just randomly yelp on his own. He sometimes would shake as if he is scared or in pain. His ears are back. Its very weird because when i take him out for his walks, he seems just fine! His tail props back up and he even runs around! Im going to take him to the vet regardless but I want to know if anyone has any ideas of what it could be?

basically my father had an affair with another woman. My parents had been married for 28 years . my mother moved away and I'm not sure where my father is staying at. He says that he is staying with a friend but I don't really know.I can't seem to get over this whole situation.

I think that if they would have separated when I was younger it would have been a lot easier for me then now that I am an adult. I basically told my father that I don't want anything to do with him anymore because I see how hurt my mother is. I want you guys to tell me the truth here. Am i being overly emotional or am I right in feeling like I don't want to talk to my father ever again?

I use the twitch app on both my android devices (phone and tablet). I've been using it for several months now and never had an issue. All of a sudden when I go to click on a stream a message pops up saying "unfortunately Twitch has stopped". Does anyone know how I can fix this?!

Does this happen to anyone else? I've always had a little bit of allergies( although I'm not exactly sure what I'm allergic to). However lately (I am now 26) its gotten really bad. I get sick everyday! My symptoms are congestion, runny nose, dry, red, itchy eyes and sneezing. Sometimes an itchy throat as well.

The weird thing is that I will literally wake up perfectly fine. Not even leave the house on a lazy day except maybe to walk the dog but I will stay home and suddenly I will get sick at some point in the day. Makes me think if I'm allergic to dust or something, how come I'm not sick 24/7 since there's always that everywhere at all times? Sometimes when I turn a fan on I will be fine , but other times I get instantly sick! Does this happen to anyone else? Am I dying???!!

My allergies are sneezing, congestion, runny nose and itchy, red eyes. Is it common to have these allergies on a daily basis like this? It has never been this bad before! I'm not even sure what exactly I'm allergic too. I notice when the ac is on too cold, it makes me want to sneeze but its rather inconsistent. Maybe its just dust allergies.

My mother is looking for a new part time job and she found an ad on the newspaper about this certain job. The job is basically crafting things. She called the number and they told her she has to pay 40 dollars so that they can see if she is good for the job based on how we she crafts something. They are supposed to send her the material and she would work from home. What do u guys think? Real job or scam. She did find it in the newspaper.

Some time ago now I noticed that whenever I tried to tweet something out,typing would be very slow and laggy. This doesn't happen at any other time when I'm typing anything. My keyboard is fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it did not work. Can anyone help?

My dog is older. He is a 10 year old poodle mix. Lately, I have been noticing that there is some blood coming from his penis sometimes. I first noticed it a week ago. I thought maybe I wasn't taking him out for long enough for walks ( I walk him 3 xs a day everyday tho). I started walking him a little longer and the bleeding stopped, but I saw the blood again last night. I don't see blood when he pees, though, It just comes out like a discharge on its own when he's just sitting/standing around. Every hour it seems he wants to go out for to pee or poop. Yesterday I took him out a total of 6 times and he literally pooped and peed every single time...sometimes even twice. My mother has been feeding him alot of canned foods lately. So maybe that might be the cause of the constant pooping, but whats up with the blood coming out randomly out of his penis? Remember, I don't see blood when he pees. It's just randomly when he is here at home sitting down on the floor, i notice it comes out as a discharge out of his penis. Im worried about him. Can anybody help?! I know I have to take him to the vet but it will have to wait til next week. I would at least have an idea of what might be wrong w him!
