  • What are the procedures for tipping a valet?

I am a country bumpkin who ended up in a nice city Job and my boss has given me tickets for this weekend for a Christmas Ball it is like a $90 per plate formal event with complementary Valet parking.

Now since I am a Hick I have no clue how valet works. when I drive up in my pickup what is the procedure (when do I tip etc.)

    I understand it as

    1.) I drive up

2.) dude in red suit takes my pickup from me (I hand him a glob of money if I want my truck back)

3.) I go and enjoy myself eating food that cost the same price as my truck)

4.) I go back out to valet station and tell dude in red coat I want my truck back

5.) he brings me my truck and I hand him another glob of money.

Do I got this right. I do want my truck back it is a classic (79 Ford two tone brown)

    Thanks

  • Does the Baltimore Light Rail run later on a Ravens Game day?

I know about 10 years ago they ran later on game days however I can not find any information on game day schedules. They are saying that they stop running at 11:00 which should be plenty of time however if the game runs late there could be problems

  • What is the best route to get through Washington DC Tonight?

I am driving tonight from Pennsylvania To Florida, the times that I need to leave have me hitting Washington, DC between 4 and 6 (I know it sucks to be me).

What is my best route to take. Mapquest is telling me to go down to 270 to 495 on the west side and swing that around to 95 south.

From my experience with 270 that to me sounds bad.

I am very firmilar with the east side of the Beltway I have taken that many times and understand the mess at the wilson bridge. I have also taken 295 several times and gotten stuck in the midst.

Someone told me to take 97 south to 301 but I have never gone that way.

I know I am screwed no matter which way I go but What would be my best way.

  • Domain Name question?

I am building a site for a friend of mine.

I have done similar before where I would forward a domain name to a subdomain of my site and then masked it.

This worked well with GoDaddy and It was seemless.

But my friend purchased a domain from inmotionhosting and they have no forwarding feature they just require you to set up the nameservers for where it is to be transfered. Is there a way to transfer it to my subdomain?

  • how many atheist would belive if they saw a real christian?

There are so many "Christians" in the world today, But sometimes it is only the Radical Christians that make it into the news and get pointed out. I have heard it said from an athiest point of view "I would have became a christian if I would have ever met a christian"

It seems to me that the "christians" of the world today have been proven as hypicrytes more than proven good.

I as a christian belive this is a major problem in the world. Just a warning to my fellow christians we need to be cautious on how we talk to people. We can not be judgemental but we can not be complacent either. we need to find that place in the middle where we can live so that people see Jesus through us and not see a bunch of judgemental folks who hate everybody. because that is not what Jesus is about at all.

So my question Is How many people agree with this?
