  • Can a qt year old put themselves up for adoption?

    Ever since i was a baby my mother has physically abused my an my father has mentally abused me. I struggle with depression, self harm, anorexia, and many other mental problems. My mom has tried to kill me multiple times, even putting a plastic bag over my head knocking me unconscious earlier this year. I have contacted CPS but when they come to my house to check in they leave and we don't hear from them again. So my question is, can a 15 (almost 16) year old put herself in foster care or up for adoption. Right now i feel that anything is better than what i am going through now.
