Long story short.....I want to ask my friend to prom as FRIENDS only! He's not over his ex gf who dumped him a year ago. He's in the process of healing, but he's not at the point where he's officially healed. He was able to go with a girl to a dance last Saturday and hold her hand but he's yet not ready to commit to anything. The point is, I want to go as FRIENDS only. I don't want to force anything on him so going as friends seems best. I know he's say yes, because he's sweet and nice like that, but I'd like to know the best way to approach and ask him. Like what words should I say? Remember guys and gals, this guy is still healing from a previous relationship so I need to ask in a nice friend-y way. Thanks for any advice and help guys and girls! Ever since I moved from Alaska, to Arizona. I've had problems with dandruff. I think it is from the change from sea level to 3700 feet where the air is very dry. The dandruff is very gross and I would like to get rid of it without spending a whole lot of money to buy special hair products. Does anyone know of any home remedies to help get rid of dandruff?

Here is my body type. I am 5'4, 130lbs with an athletic body. I am about five pounds over weight. JUST 5 POUNDS! My mom likes to torture me by calling me names like "fatso" and "larda" or by saying I look like I'm four months pregnant. Whenever I tell her she's harassing and abusing me emotionally, she claims that it's the mothers job to do. That is SO not true. Mothers shouldn't be calling and saying things like that to their daughters and if they are just a tad bit overweight like me, they should tell them in the nicest way possible. Not by trying to bring their self-esteem down. This annoys me so much!!! What can I do to ignore her when she says this kind of stuff to me?

My guy friend has been dating his gf for a couple of years now, but he's always cheating on her. When she finds out about these girls, he tells her these girls are turning against him. I feel sorry for this girl because she's in love with him but she doesn't know what she's really in love with. He's tried to get all my friends to hookup with him and he has succeeded with some but his gf just either is really gullible or she cares too much to give him up. My mom keeps saying my hair stinks from dandruff, which I know isn't true. I don't think your hair can smell from dandruff because it's just dry skin, right? Besides, I don't have a major load of dandruff and it's diminishing by the day. I wash my hair daily, so I know it doesn't smell. My mom's just trying to bring down my self-esteem.

My sisters smelled my hair for me and guess what?.....they said it doesn't stink. Nice try mom!
