  • Pea puffer? ?

I have a 20 gallon tropical tank. Right now I only have 3 otto cats and 6 pygmy cory cats and 8 amino shrimp. My betta of 7 years recently died and I wanted to try and switch it up with three pygmy puffers, but I've never had this fish before. Ive done some research on them, but all the sites say many different things. Does anyone have any experience with these guys and any tips on how to give them the best life? Will they bully my other bottom feeders or will they leave them be? If they arent a good fit for my tank I'd be happy to buy another betta fish and give him the tank to enjoy aswell.

  • My bearded dragon stopped eating? ?

He's in a 40 gallon tank, zoo med heat bulb's and a zoo med hood uvb bulb as well. Temperature on the cool side is around 80 farenheit and hot side is 100 Fahrenheit. He use to eat kale, endives, and cabbage all the time and slowly refused to eat them. So I've been substituting the vegetables with vegetable baby food. For bugs he eats the zoo med superworms (cooked) as a treat occasionally and wax worms. He stopped eating 3 days ago. I noticed he hasn't gone to the bathroom so I gave him a warm bath and massaged his stomach and he did go to the bathroom. He then ate 5 wax worms, and I force fed him some kale, and the next day hes back to not eating? He's very active and is acting like nothing is wrong with him. I dont have anything tall in his tank or rough in his tank for him to harm himself on, he has a green mat as substrate and I do use calcium powder on his worms. Ik I need to take him to the vet, but I'm just wondering if anyone has advice to help stimulate his appetite it would be greatly appreciated.

  • My bearded dragon has leg tremors. I took him to the vet. He took blood the results are normal. What could be causing the tremors? ?

He is 7 months old in a 40 gallon tank, zoo med basking bulb 150watts, zoomed night buld 100watts, & a uvb bulb 10.0. He has a piece of driftwood in his tank, ceramic house & a hammock along with some silk plants. The green cage liner mats as "substrate". Cage gets cleaned 1 a week. His diet consist of collard greens, kale, endives, cabbage, every few days I'll mix in carrots. He gets kale daily with the other greens mixed in. Once or twice a month he will get fruit such as pear, strawberrie, raspberries, & blueberries. Wax worms I ussually mix in with the salad. I tried to incorporate healthier insects to his diet such as Phoenix worms, hornworms &butterworms but he has a very hard time digesting them, so I ussually just stick with the waxworms & occasionally feed some crickets. Wax worms I coat with calcium+d3 & once every two weeks with the multivitamin powder. His cool side is 82°f while his hot side is 105°f, the humidity is in the desert region. He hates water when placed in the water he throws himself around the tub like a child, so he gets 2 baths a month for about 15-20 minutes, warm water treated with reptisafe. He goes outside of the cage every day weather it's just to hang out on my shoulder or to run around he ussually spends about 30-40 minutes outside of the cage, I'm now decreasing the time he spends to about 15-20 minutes bc of colder weather. Is there anything I'm doing wrong to cause the tremor or is it a possibility he has a neurological disorder?
