According to my Apple Watch I burn 3000 calories per day I eat around 2000 calories per day will I lose weight? 

If I eat 2000 calories a day and burn 1200 calories a day will I loose weight?

On a hair follicle test do they only test 1.5 inches or do they test the whole length of the hair? I been clean for about 3 months before that I would use at least one time per month I just took a hair follicle test and my hair is 3 inches long.

So In February i was really sick ended up goin to urgent care doctor said I had bronchitis went to follow up with my doctor 10 days later he said I was fine but I had a bubbling/vibrating feeling in my left lung after several ER visits because it doesn t let me sleep and many XRays that didn t show anything Yesterday they did a Ct scan he said i have small a small plural effusion but no sings of tumor, mass or any abnormalities in my lung except that. Now I m freaking out I m having panic attacks ever hr. Everything I search on line for plural effusion points to cancer. Can someone here help me? Do I have cancer? Like I said I don t have any symptoms

Breakfest: 1/2 f cup of fresh papaya juice, 1 slice of wheate bread abd i cup of cinomen outmeal

Noon: Clif hanger energy bar

lunch: grilled chiken breast, 1/2 cup of white rice and i cup a lettuce

dinner: cinomon oatmeal:

On tues and thirsday im eating:

breakfest: 1 boiled egg, 1 wheat bread, 1/2 cuo fruit juice and cinomon oatmeal.

noon: 1 clif hanger bar

lunch: 1 grilled fish fillet, 1 cip of vegtables, 1/2 cup of espagety

dinner: 1 cup of cinomen oatmeal.
