okay, i had my twist last yr, but i cant get it this year. ive tried like over 50 times and it wont work. i tried reaching for my "pockets" with my arms, i look down on my shoulder, and i lead with my hips. NOTHING WORKS. i keep ending up on top of my left base. (i twist to the left) and im coming down really rough. i reaaaallly wanna get it for competition. any suggestions?

Okay, so ive done a twist down before, and it was perfect. but ever since last week, my full downs have been kinda weird...i lean more the left and my twists come down rough and sloppy and weird. i always count in my head, and i use my head and arms to twist down, but i just cant fix it. please helppp??

so, i have cheerleading pictures coming up next week, and i was wondering what pose i should do for the individual picture. i was thinking a scorpian, bow and arrow, or heel stretch. which one would look the best?

okay, so im going to the mall tomorrow, and i had my eye on those 2 for $26 crop tops at victoria secret PINK, but i checked the website just now, and its not there!!! my guess is that is prob got sold out, but now i dont know where else to get plain crop tops for less than $13 a piece. ): so, does anyone know a store where they sell plain crop tops? links would be greattttt. thanks,

im going shopping tomorrow, and i already have the colors blue, pink, and grey. i also have a black one, but its falling apart because it was a cheap quality. i dont know if i should either get a floral one, or another black one...which color would make me look more skinnier? im only 5'1 and weigh 115. and if i do decide to get a floral skirt, which one looks better?

okay, so i have grey abercrombie kids yoga pants, and i want to wear them to school tomorrow. i was thinking of wearing a loose white tshirt with uggs....is that okay?
