chopper

I went into the bedroom where our fish tank is and could hear a strange sound. One of our snails (Gary) was stuck between the glass and filter causing vibrations. I moved the filter slightly and Gary fell to the bottom of the tank. I picked him up to check him and noticed he had gone further inside his shell than normal as tho he'd shrivelled up! I put him back in the tank and he floated on top of the water for a while, then when I next checked he'd sank to the bottom again upside down. I checked him again and turned him over and since then he hasn't moved, so now we've bagged him up on some tank water so he's separate to the other fish. Is he dead? He doesn't smell but there hasn't been any movement in the past 12hrs since I found him trapped. Any advice would help.

this is how I'm thinking of seating the top table for my wedding:

Groom's Dad, Bride's Mum, Best Man , Bride, Groom, Maid of Honour, Brides Dad, Grooms Mum

Is this layout ok only both our parent's are seperated and I don't think my mum and dad will want to sit together as they have not long seperated.

I've put the younger bridesmaids who are our daughters on a table with family so the top table is not too clutered and also so they have other children to sit with.

Can you help me with the seating plan for top table; theres: me the Bride, Groom, Best Man, Bridesmaid, My parent's who are seperated and Groom's parent's who are also seperated. Not sure who's suppose to sit where!!

Was talking with friends today and came across a problem. My name isn't on the mortgage or the deeds of the house that I live at with my soon to be husband and 2 children. My friend said that if anything happened to my fiancee that I might have a fight on my hands for the house and that my daughter may get rights to the house before me. Should I have my name on the mortgage or deeds, what are my rights? My husband to be doesn't think I need to be on the deeds, but I think I should. Can you help me.
