I created a logo for someone and I would like to use that logo for my portfolio. The person who I made the logo for contacted me and said to take it down because he had trademark it and I don't have the permission to use it.

The contract that she signed said this:

"We reserve the right to photograph and/or distribute or publish for our firms promotional and marketing needs any work we create for you, including mock-ups and comprehensive presentations, as samples for our portfolio, firm newsletter, brochures, slide presentations and similar media. We agree to store mechanical boards and computer disks for a period of 6 months beyond the delivery of a job. Thereupon, we reserve the right to discard them."

After the full payment, I released everything to the client and gave them full right of it

My question is, can I still used the logo in my portfolio?

I have a 2001 SE dodge intrepid. Is it a good/bad idea to switch ignition coil? I'm having a misfire on cylinder #3 and I want to know is it the coil or a vaccum leak. If it a vaccum leak, should it be multiple misfire? Thanks for the help....

I forgot to count the number of turns when I took off the old one and mark their positions. Can someone tell me the average number of turns it take to put on the outer tie end rod and their position? Also, my inner tie end rod is very loose. Do it suppose to be like that?
