Reform Jewish synagogue question?
Would Reform Jews go to a Temple or a Synagogue?
I know the Rabbi reads from Torah about halfway through the service. What happens before and after?
Women recite blessing on Challah during Kiddush. Kiddush is a special prayer, right? When in the service does that happen? Are guests able to follow along?
Is Shabbat Saturday morning? When men “kindle the Shabbat candle”, what does that mean? Do they each have a candle and light it?
How long does the Saturday morning service last?
Is there a special greeting that starts the service?
I know people don’t kneel, but is there sitting or standing? Equal amounts of both or is there more of one or the other?
When the Torah is being read, what do the people do? [Recite anything, sit, stand?] Is that the most important part of the service?

What's the basic rundown of the service at a reformed Jewish synagogue?
I know that in the beginning, the Rabbi greets the congregation and reads from the Torah. What happens after that? Is there any singing? Does the congregation do anything except sit and listen? Do they ever stand or kneel? About how long do the services usually last?
Any rundown experience or detail you could give me would be appreciated so much. =)
