  • Question on Golf Swing?

You know how the golf swing is. Easy to obtain once and then, poof, gone. I have pretty much finally started hitting consistantly with my wedges and higher irons (7,8,9) But I cannot seem to find my swing for the lower Irons (3-6) and my Driver or woods. They are very rarely straight or the correct distance. Any advice into how to change the swing from a shorter club to a longer club.

P.S. I have spent alot of time at the range and can't seem to find a nice consitant swing.

  • Hood Guard (Bug Deflector)?

I put a new AVS hood guard on my 2003 Tacoma. The Fastners used to put them in place are a plasic plug in which you place a screw and therefore pushed the plug outward not allowing it to back out. I have a slight problem. Aparently one of the fastners didn't go in all the way and when the plasic piece spread it didn't fasten to the hood. Now the screw won't back out. Any ideas?.... I don't want to drill it out for fear of hitting under the hood. I can find the right fastner to replace it... I just want to get it back out if it ain't holdin on.

  • Chronicles of Narnia, the new one.?

At the end of the first film after the credits have rolled there is a short segment that leaves it open for the sequel. Now the sequel is out, Prince Caspian. I couldn't get my friends to sit through the credits to see if there was a another short segment leading to a possible third movie. (which I understand they are working on). Has anybody actually sat and waited to see if there is such a scene after the credits have rolled? If so, then what is it?

I've grown up fishing for bass... its how my father always fished. Recently started trout fishing with some friends and have really gotten in to it. Anyway have any tips on trout fishing. What I"m looing for is like when to use a dry fly vs. a wet fly.. and is there a proper technique to work the lure or just let the river do it for you? Or what other type of lures/bait is popular and useful. And I'm fishing the streams and rivers of Western North Carolina.

  • Gas Saving Techniques.?

I know most of the non modification gas saving techniques. "Drive at 55mph." The A/C vs Window Down cooling. Drafting a 18 wheeler. Fill up during the coolest part of the day. Don't over fill. Make sure gas cap is tight... so forth and so on. However I was thinking about cold air intake. Now I know cold air intake increases performance... but my question is does it improve gas milage at all? I know that hot air intake is suppose to. But everything I have read up on cold air all talks about improved horse power.

  • Burning Water?

Recently saw a video in which a person took a glass of water and then placed two AA batteries in the water. The batteries were left in the water for about 30-40 minutes and then removed. The person then placed a burning match to the top of the water and the water began to burn.

I was just kinda wondering how this is possible. What is it about soaking the batteries in the water that alot the water to hold a flame?
