My brother-in-law took my sisters life last November. He's been investigated and it's ruled a suspicious homicide. They need more proof because he is saying the gun went off by accident. Most of the sheriffs and law officers are saying it's murder but the DA will not try it yet. I mean at least they could get him for manslaughter but they are waiting. My question is, he draws a check from the government, disability I believe. Is there any rules or laws about someone killing someone and they still draw? I would love to see him on the streets under a bridge somewhere. I have no mercy for this abuser, he abused my sister for many years and their children took his side because he damaged them so bad growing up. It just makes me sick... Is there anything my family can do? This is killing us all inside.

I personally think that she's a decent person. She was honest about saying the "N" word, but it wasn't recently. I can tell you that I have personally seen people racists in my life time. We can look at so many artist using the "n' word in their songs. I don't get it, I think some people just will do anything to play the victim role forever!

My husband and I have been trying to buy a home, We've put 2 contracts on homes and all have fell through! First one was for sure ours, we was told by our realtor, congrats you bought a house.. then we get a call saying that there was another offer on the table...We lost the house.. Now, we've put an offer on another home, they countered back high, so we put another good strong offer on the table, we get told that there are multiple offers now.. The price dropped while we were dealing with the bank.. It's crazy! I really believe in my heart that realtors are the cause of the bad housing market. They are trying to sell everyone's homes for cheap while they still get their good commision.. They wanted to give our house away..I said no way.. If people would stand up to those rip offs.. don't you think the market would get better? I can remember a time when the realtors were good, Now, they are all money hungry and will do anything to make a dollar.. All that I've dealt with lately have been liars.. I swear, I never knew buying a house would be such a bad expience.. Any advice on how to buy a home without the realtors being involved? Or selling a home? I'm so fed up with realtors they make me sick!

My situtions is weird really.. I met a man 8 years ago, we hit it off good.. We were both married at the time.. he was married for 30 years, I was married 19 .. but we fell in love.. We stayed together a month, seperating from our spouses, and then broke up.. went back to her spouses after 4 months to reconcellation. Two years passed and we didn't see each other.. Then he was going through a legal seperation, and I was going through a divorce.. He came back to me, we've been living together for 5 years now.. but he just doesn't seem happy or devoted to me. I've had my dog for 6 years, the last 2 years she's experienced skin problems. I've taken her to the vet 4 times over the problems, and she seems to get better after the medication they give her,(predinosone and Anti-botics. They told me she had skin allergies but I don't think so. She itches so badly that she tears herself open, and she bleeds. I don't know what to do, I'm thinking of changing vets. I have paid hundreds of dollars to get her well and she just isn't staying well. I've never had a pet that has mange, and I don't know what to do. I've kept her in her Kennel today and have a e-collar on her head, and she got it off and tore her head and face up. Is there any hope for my dog? I love her so much, I'm just at the end of my rope. I know she wouldn't give up on me, and I don't want to her, but what am I suppose to do? I've dealt with this for a few years but it's so worse now. Any help is appreciated!

I'm wondering why I've been having bad dreams.. I wake up out of REM sleep.. and the dreams are so bad I shake from my nerves..
