Need to reduce my TWC bill. I need a DVR replacement, not TIVO, to save the $20 I pay to Time Warner.

Any suggestions?

I purchased a new pair of Apple brand name earphones for my IPOD (the kind that plug directly into your ears without ear buds, model #MD827LL/A). However, the right phone doesn't sound good until I can maneuver it almost upside down in my ear and neither of them stay in my ears for any period of time - they continue to slip out of my ear. They don't appear to have room for ear buds, they are a half circle ("D" shape), instead of a round circle that ear buds would help.

Are there any suggestions to keep these things into my ears? And, how can I maneuver the right phone so I hear the instrumental part of the music? The phones have two speakers the end of the phone and on the side of the phone.

I hope to get some help, these phones were expensive (at least for me) and I think it's too late to return them...

I have basic yahoo email - I deleted a particular email and than emptied the trash. Is there a way to get back that email somehow?

I have Bipolar I and medicine has not been helpful after several cocktails over the past 7 years. I am thinking of applying for a disability claim, but would like to know: are you required in California to apply for state disability before applying for social security? Also, what are the requirements for applying for SSI benefits as well?

I will be sentenced to 20 days in Los Angeles for failure to pay warrant on driving with a suspended license - $720 bail.

How many real days does that contribute too? Also, will I have to serve, when I am released a work release program? How many days of that?

I have two users on my HP DV7 laptop - we both have administrator access. We operate with Windows 7, and Internet Explorer 9, both running 64 bit.

My problem is: on my user side, I can view videos with no problem. On his user side, when he tries to play a video, the ADOBE icon is shown and it says you must install ADOBE FLASH PLAYER. I have numerous times installed it again on his user side (even though it is clearly on the computer and works on my user side) and the adobe web page displays that it was installed successfully - yet it doesn't operate at all on his user side.

How, if I have it on my side, does he not on his side? This is the same computer!

How do I fix it? Please help.

[NOTE: I am familiar that some people are not happy using either Internet Explorer, Windows 7, or HP Product - this is not the issue - please answer if you have insight on my specific issue. I would really appreciate that!]

I use the Yahoo toolbar and when I click on a button to go to one of my favorite pages, the error message "Internet Explorer unable to locate webpage." When I click refresh, sometimes it takes more then one time, I eventually get onto the page I am looking for.

Why does this happen, and how do I fix it?

My father died in December, we (my brother, sister, and I) are going to start probate this February. I have approx. $100K in tax liens from both the IRS and California. When we sell the house, we will each get 1/3 of the money, do I have to worry about the tax liens? Will I see the money, or will they take it from me?

Everyone is complaining that Hillary has no experience, even though she is touting 35 years experience. She was a lawyer (who also worked with politicians in DC), she was a councilor to Governor Clinton, she was a councilor to President Clinton and she is now serving her 2nd term as a US Senator.

Barrack Hussein Obama????? Say the name and think about it...President Barrack Hussein Obama...now go look at all the past presidents and candidates they have run against, it will never happen, not in this country.

For the first time in a very long time, an event as crazy as it seems, an endorsement has changed my vote. I have thought about it long and hard, and have even made fun of it here on Y!A - but Ted Kennedy endorsing Barack Obama has made me change my mind to vote for Obama over Hillary. What do you all think of this?

All of her collegues are endorsing her opponent - no one is endorsing her. She looked like a fat girl at the prom tonight. I kind of felt sorry for her.

Judge not, lest ye be judged. So why do christians judge LGBT people and the presumed sin they commit. Isn't that a job best left to God himself? Why are others so concerned what I do in my bedroom?

Finally Obama got an endorsement from Caroline Kennedy, so the world can relax that we have finally found our President - no more votes are needed - Barak has won!

Is this crap that people actually care what some nobody from Massachusettes wants to win the election? Or even any endorsement? Who cares?!
