I have nearly completed my level 3 in Health & Social Care, and have got a mind block on how to write my understanding of the legal & organisational requirements on my personal and professioal development...this is what I have written...does it make sense ..if not why not?The legal & organisational requirements, alongside codes of practice, standards and guidance to access training for my personal/professional development under the Care Council of Wales(2001)(Care Standards Act 2000) enables me to obtain the mandatory standards that are necessary for my role .My responsibility is to keep up to date with my training, be aware of what I need to enhance my knowledge and understanding, following the company guidelines, policies and procedures as set down in the Staff Handbook.My personal & professional development is important to me and the encouragement of my Trainining Officer, Manager & Colleagues, all of which enables me to progress through the different levels, which enhances my work

I find it infuriating.... they've gone and put the old one back on within the last few minutes...has it happened to you.

I asked a question about 3 minutes ago and it was immediately removed... it wasnt nasty, abusive, or anything else, I got a message back saying it was breaching the guidelines.. I see lots of questions that are really O>T>T. In future I think I will just keep answering rather than asking and if we all did that well they're would be no questions for anyone to answer.... How sad.

how come they dont dish out the proper sentences to the crime..

I have recently received a letter which I have not replied to,stating that what my husband said about them was tantamount to slander against her good character.

This person (in her sixties) was the friend of my brother-in-law(who died last year) he was a veryvery heavy drinker and she could drink too...so of course the amount of money he spent was thousands...he also gave her a few thousand whilst he was alive...nothing we can do about that..that was his choice. ..but basically she feels she is entitled to something..even we did not benefit from his money..it all went to his son as the law states because their was no will...tough thats the way it goes and we accepted that...but she keeps coming at us..in different ways to obtain money...can she sue us for slander because we stated she had already had money and she is saying she hasnt...we do have the cheque stubs and statements though.

Drives me nuts...more so when I.ve got a really good answer...always happens. Oh well thought Id put this question to you.....back sometime tomorrow if Ive got nothing better to do... night night everybody.
