How to change the RGB values of a cell in EXCEL?
In Excel: I have the RGB vales in three columns and would like to change the color of a cell to match those RGB values. Is there an easy way to do this? I have over 2600 rows of colors to fill-in and I am not a programmer. And I sure do not want to do this by hand.

Software3 months agoHow to dilute handsanitizer to 60 percent?
I was able to snag a 1-liter bottle of 80% ethanol hand sanitizer. I would like to cut it with some type of moisturizer. My question is this:
I have 10 ml of 80% alcohol. How much of another liquid do I need to add to make it 60% alcohol?
Same thing for a result of 70% alcohol.
I remember having to do calculations like this back in high school chemistry, but that was a lifetime ago.
Can anyone write out the math for this? I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you for your time. Please show the math.
Personal Finance12 months agoMeat disintegrates in slow cooker.?
I am new to using a slow cooker, so maybe I am not doing something right.
I always follow the recipe and cook for the specified amount of time (to avoid undercooked meat). I have done corned beef for St. Patrick’s day, beef and chicken.
The meat always falls apart on me. I prefer to “bite” into my meat.
Is there any way to have the meat well-done but *not* disintegrate as soon as I look at it cross-eyed?
Any recommendations / ideas?
Thank you for your time.
4 AnswersOther - Food & Drink7 years agoIs there a way to put the contents of the Internet History Folder directly into the Favorites Folder?
My brother's laptop recently got a nasty virus and he does not want to loose six months of research in the History folder. Rather than going into the History tab and clicking onto every site he has been to and then clicking on "Add To Favorites" is there a way to "import" all those links into the Favorites folder? (And yes, we were able to find someone to get rid of the virus. After this, he has finally decided to listen to me and start Bookmark things into the Favorites folder.)
Thank you for any help you can give and thank you for your time.

4 AnswersSoftware8 years agoHow do I fix my sand picture?
Many years ago, I had to refill a sand picture with distilled water because the water was evaporating. I used regular distilled water from the store, but after many months, I had to throw the whole thing out because the water was murky and it looked like thing was growing in it.
My question is this: What can I add to the water to prevent anything from growing in it, yet not affect the color of the sand inside?

I have 2 credit cards, but only 1 is showing on my credit reports.
The card that is not showing I have had for 20 years.
The card that is showing I have had for only 3 years, and with only this 1, my credit score is good.
My question is this: If I get the older to show on my credit reports, how will this affect my credit score?
Also: What would be the best way to get my 1st card listed on the reports?

But NOBODY has ever mentioned this scenario:
Uninsured, unemployed, not in good health.
What happens to these people????
(Unemployed due to the poor economy; uninsured due to no job; unemployed due to poor health that companies see as a health liability they do not want to pay for.)

8 AnswersElections9 years agoLooking for ADA Housing Regulations?
I am currently working on designing my “dream home,” which I want to be wheelchair accessible. I have found and read the “ADA Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (ADAAG)” regulations. However, it does not include any information for Residential Housing. This is what I’m looking for, therefore my question is this:
Where on-line can I find a copy of the ADA Residential Housing regulations?
Thank you for you’re your time and Have a good day. :)
Note: “ADA” = “Americans with Disabilities Act”

3 AnswersHobbies & Crafts1 decade agoHelp needed with Headers not printing out in Word.?
In the header of a document, I have the “Page X of Y” showing on screen, yet when I print it out, it prints out as: “Page 1 of 1” on the 1st page, “Page 2 of 2” on the 2nd page and “Page 3 of 3” on the 3rd page, etc. In other words, it prints out as “Page X of X.”
How can I get it to print out correctly, as it shows on screen? This happens no matter what computer or what printer I’m using.
