The other day I had to jump start my Kawasaki Ninja 250, so we hooked it up to my Buick LeSabre. Since then I've had to jump start my Buick EVERY time I drive. Can anyone tell me why?

I lived in Pennsylvania for 10 years. It's where I became a legal adult, obtained my first drivers license, etc. I moved to Maryland two years ago to be closer to my family. I am petitioning the Senator of Pennsylvania for assistance with a federal agency, but I'm not sure if that's right way to go now that I no longer live in PA. However, the incident that caused my need for assistance happened in PA. Do I write to both senators and CC each on the correspondence?

I recently visited a civilian dentist and brought along my military dental record to show the history of trauma I sustained during an accident several years ago. The dentist asked if he could hold on to the record and, thinking he was a medical professional and could be trusted, I allowed him to hang on to it. A few weeks later I went back to retreive the record and no one had any recollection of it being there. The receptionist said it was likely "destroyed, as most records are." Can I involve authorities on this?

I searched for a band called Did You Mean Australia? on Spotify and it located one of their albums. When I click it to play it, it says the radio station could not be played at this time. What gives? This is my third day on Spotify. <-- that fact is irrelevant to my question.

When I was medically disenrolled from an AFROTC program I was told I wouldn't be responsible for repaying any portion of my scholarship. The government has since recouped my scholarship and I have a $50,000 government overpay hanging over my head and marring my credit. My tax returns are being garnished each year. Who can I contact to appeal this? Should I seek legal representation? I have all documentation regarding my medical condition and the certificate of honorable discharge.

I think the positive result I read last night was a false positive, because both follow-up tests came out negative. Tests were taken at 11 pm (positive), 2 am (negative), and 6 am (also negative). I've heard there's "no such thing" as a false negative. Where did the positive come from?

I'd like to surprise my husband with a family trip to Ocean City, MD. His dad and I have been tossing the idea around and it looks as though we'll have at least ten people going. How can I accommodate ten people comfortably? Is renting a villa or condo my only option?

A department within my company has some past due invoices owed to them that are almost three years old, some older. Does the statute of limitations for Maryland apply here? Can we take legal action if we don't receive payment outside of the three years?

We just adopted a 14-month-old Pit Bull who is afraid of the stairs. She refuses to go both up and down them, just whines at the top or bottom until someone comes to get her. We tried luring her with treats, holding her, 'teasing' her with toys...she shows no interest in any of them. There is a noticeable fear in her eyes and skittishness in her demeanor. We don't know what to do. She'll soon be too big to carry up or down the stairs.

I am not a mother, I am concerned about my 15-year-old half brother. He 'zones out', even when being directly spoken to. I just found out he's missing several assignments at school, and is even failing a class. He attends a private, all-boys school, for which my father and step-mother shell out ridiculous amounts of money for tuition. He swears up and down that he's not being bullied at school, or picked on, or neglected by his teachers. Something's gotta give. This isn't the first time this has happened. His privileges have been taken away each time (phone, TV, iPod, computer) but it doesn't seem to be enough of a deterrent. I just don't understand why he doesn't seem to acknowledge the consequences of his actions. HELP!

I'm responsible for putting together a PowerPoint presentation every month for my work. It usually includes the events for the month, birthdays, anniversaries with the company, etc. Every month has a theme. December was National Drunk Driving Awareness month. I am drawing a blank for my January theme, outside of National Blood Donation month.

My 2001 Malibu just died of a blown head gasket. My fiance urged me to pay for the repair so that I can sell it and get more money for it than just junking it. After shelling out $2000 for the repairs, I have put it on the market. Is it wishful thinking of me to expect potential buyers? The car is obviously older, and has pretty high mileage (145k). Any advice will be appreciated!!

I'm planning a baseball-themed wedding, since it was baseball that brought the love of my life to me. I have NO idea what kind of flowers to use! How do you choose your flowers? Is it just a personal preference or should the flowers match/go along with your theme? I feel like I'm going into this wedding-planning role completely blind!
