Okay so here s the deal, I m currently 16 years old, 17 in a month, and I m 186cm tall and I weight 84 kgs. I want to start working out to get to ~75 kilos and build some muscle mass. For now, I ve cut sugars completely out of my diet and managed to lose a kilo just from that the last month and a half. I can t modify my diet too much since I m living with my parents and I m already getting pressure on me from them because of not eating any added sugars. I m currently at school for 2 more months which I plan to spend on jogging regularly (can t focus on going to a gym because of too much studying) and after that during the summer I plan on going to the gym, after the summer I ll continue going to the gym but only during periods with less exams. Can you give me some advice for the gym? How should I start off? How often should I go? Can you give me a starter workout plan and should I take any protein shakes? Should I expect to get to my desired weight by the end of the summer? Thanks in advance!

I was wondering, what difference would it make if i used (for ex) an 4 year old GTX 750 ti and a new GTX 750 ti

I'm currently 15, about to be 16 in one month. My penis lenght exactly 2 years ago (i started off puberty at around that time) was 2 inches erect, now it's 11cm/4.3inches long and has a width of about 9cm/~3.2inches.. Just wonderig if it will grow at least 2 cm more untill i reach maturity, is it possible?

Long story short, i need to run for 30 minutes to get the best grade possible. Everyday on PE we run for 15 minutes and i can handle it pretty well, but now, that is only enough to get a middle grade. I've never ran for 30 minutes continuously ever before. So I'm afraid i can't make it, and I'm pretty short on time because i have a lot of studying to do. Any tips?

I'm planning on building a computer, it would probably have these specs:

-i5 Processor

-8 Gigs of ram 1 stick, maybe add one more stick later on

-500 gb HDD, will add an extra one later on

-Graphic card of 2VRAM, forgot anymore details for this one, not very powerful.

Today i was sprinting for 10 minutes at school early at the morning (7 o clock) and after that i started feeling a slight head ache and stomach ache.. A few moments after my vision got white and my ears were ringing + i couldn t hear well. I struggled to keep balance and i walked to the bathroom and it all went to normal after that. Is this a serious issue or is it normal with sprinting for too much time, and i m not in the best shape but i m not in a bad shape either.

I only get internet access if i'm on Automatic, but router changes it to pppoe. This happened recently and won't stop doing this. Here's a log of the router: (and some of it that i didnt have room for i made in pic's)

This happened months ago when i was playing a game on facebook, it has thin lines moving in a pattern horisontaly (up/down) they are more visible in white, and they don't have any color they just make the color they're on darker (ex. blue-dark blue, white- grey) and they don't seem to show up on the color black . When i first start up my PC the lines are less but thick (about 3 cm) and move all around the screen left/right/up/down, after 30 sec they transform in the litle lines i mentioned above. Please help!
