Thinking about ordering this guitar, but one of my friends pointed out that some of the inlays look misaligned. Namely the inlay on the third fret.

Do some of the inlays look off to you, or is it the camera angle?

I have noticed that there seems to be a bigger shift away from religion in America. For instance Fewer people are going to church, and most religious people in the US seem to be more moderate now then they were say 20 years ago. Statistics of nonreligious in America is now roughly 20%. Sure we still have wacko's, but they seem to be a dying breed to me.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Am I the only one to see America taking an even sharper turn away from religion?

If you think we are, what do you think the main catalyst for this is?

Long story short. Fell in love with best friend, had a great relationship that fell apart, now she's moved on and I can't.

I think the problem is I get bored. All of my friends were her friends, and when she dumped me she took them with her.

That leaves too much time to think. I end up missing her and become incredibly depressed cuz I know she has moved on and forgotten about me.

The nights are the worst, since I am alone and have no one to really hang out with or talk to.

Any suggestions on how to move on and get her out of my head?

I suffer from severe bi-polar, paranoia (so friendships are out of the question) violent mood swings, anxiety and homicidal/suicidal tendencies.

I am not medicated, can't get help cuz I am not a minority, I haven't had a job in 4 years. I can barely leave my room. I am going blind in my left eye, right eye is beginning to fail as well.

I am a drain on not just my family but society as a whole.

Why shouldn't I just ******* kill myself? Don't give me some religious nonsense about it being a sin. god doesn't exist.

I recently acquired a Toshiba Satellite laptop and was wondering what I could use it for. I was thinking to browse the net or Emulators for when my desktop is being used for other things, but not sure.

Ok My Nephew has a friend and I have explained to him that I do not believe in god, yet he just can't seem to understand why.

I have tried explaining to Him about the lack of evidence, for His or any god, I've explained that when I studied the bible that I found that all the stories are plagiarized from older religions, I've told Him that most if not all religions are based in superstition and myth (yes I explained what these mean as well) and He still can't seem to understand why i refuse to believe in his, or any other god.

So My question is twofold.

1 How do you explain to a 12 year old that You do not believe in any god (he's a christian)?

2 Should I just tell Him that if You don't get it now, You never will?

I was standing in line at a grocery store today and there was a mom with what looked like a 15 year old daughter.

the daughter handed the mom a book that she wanted, the mom scanned it over and proceeded to ask the daughter

"I thought you wanted the book about god?"

the mom scanned the book and saw that it was a book about medicine, she then went on about how the book talked about how to care for ACTUAL ailments (like caring for minor burns, and explanations of ailments) the mom then asked.

"I thought you were getting the book on god?"

the daughter obviously distraught put the book down.

i was livid at the fact the mom wanted the daughter to read about something like religion, over something as beneficial as medicine.

do you think it was wrong for the mom to discourage the daughter in getting a book about medicine rather then religion?
