I am 30 years old and quite good-looking according to most people, but I still have that feeling that I am in my early twenties, then I look in the mirror and feel soooo ooolllddd! Is this like the 30 depression or what?? Do you feel like that to?

I suffered once from a middle ear infection and had a case of serious vertigo, I was walking in the street and all the buildings, cars etc. starting turning round and round like if you were really wasted. It lasted like an hour but ever since then, 5 years ago, I am scared to feel that again and it has caused me to become neurotic and scared of places with many people like airports and malls..any suggestions?
