  • b12 or thyroid poblems?

hi i have visited my gp because of some symptoms i have been suffering and he sent me for some tests, my period is lasting much longer than it should be but alot lighter, i am constanly exhausted as though i have never slept even with 10 hrs sleep a night and my sex drive is none existant now, im only 26 and these symptoms havnt happened gradually they have just all of a sudden appeared a few weeks ago. i had blood tests and the gp said he was testing my b 12 and also testing my thyroid. i rang for my results yesterday and the receptionist told me something showed up in my blood tests and the dr wants to see me but i have to wait a whole week for an appointment before i can find out what the problem is! can any one give me any more insight as to any of the other symptoms for either of these conditions or which it could most likely be, im only 26 and im not overweight or anything like that im roughly about 7 and a half to 8 stone and have been for yrs. thanks in advance its going to annoy me having to wait a whole week.

  • is it just teething?

my little boy is 3 months old and is starting to teethe he has all the normal symptoms slavering alot and chewing everything he can, he recently stopped taking so much of his milk he was drinking 6 ozs every 3 hours now he is only taking 4 ozs is this just part of teething he also has diarreah i am seeing my doctor later today but would like your opinions, after 4 ozs of milk he is still hungry you can hear his little tummy rumbling but he cant take any more milk and i cant try him with baby rice or anything until he is 4 months old any1 got any ideas if this is because he can only hold so much in his stomach and possibly needs something more filling or if it is just his teeth, he is my first baby so ive never experienced this before

if he does take more than 4 ozs he brings it back up as well
