I have been to the doctors and have a letter but unsure if my holiday insurance will pay out. I had to cancel my holiday on the day of travel so lost 100% of the holiday and need to claim it back. Does anyone know?

Hi, I have put together a tour of Australia for friends of mine that includes Perth 2 nights, Ayers Rock 1 night, Sydney 5 nights, Brisbane 2 nights and Cairns for the rest of the duration. They are both in their 50s and want to see lots without them too tired.

Their son has suggested that this is too much and that they should do Australia and New Zealand instead!

I am just a bit worried that this would be too much and they would have to sacrifice some places in Australia.

I have never actually been to Australia and I am really looking for some advice that I can give my friends

I work for a travel agents that is based inside a post office. The owner who owns both also owns a card shop from the same site. We currently offer employees discount in both the travel agent and the card shop which all staff even those from the post office take full advantage of. Anyway the other week a member of staff from the post office came into the travel agents and spent 3 days getting us to look up prices for holidays for herself and family. We spent many hours on this as with any customer but as a member of staff we wanted to make sure she has the best deal. We have a price match policy in place as well so even by the slightest off chance she should find it cheaper ( not that it is possible with the huge discount she gets being staff ) we would beat it. She is fully aware of this.

Anyway she left work on Saturday and booked with the local travel agent about 10 doors down.

My question is that this member of staff has made us and my boss look ridiculous within the local community as it looks like even his own staff cant book with him. What kind of message does that put out to potential customers?

Where does we stand with discipline?

I know we cant choose where people book their holidays but its about loyalty and reputation.

Any advice would be great.

Please can someone ofer any advice from experience. I have 2 boys one is 31/2 and the other is 2. My eldest has always been a busy child he was running at the age of 12 months and loves to be outside.

He started part time school in January and loves it but in the last 2 weeks he has started to change.

He gets upset VERY easily basically if he dosent get a yes to something he flies off the handle crying and running away hiding.

He also throws things in temper.

This is not my loveable little boy and I am very worried about it.

His school report was very positive saying that he joins in and loves to interact with his class friends.

He is also in day care 3 days a week when I am working he is there all day with this younger brother.

I really dont know where to start. I have made an appointment to see his teacher in school but I feel like I should be doing more to find out why he has changed so quickly.

Can any offer any advice?

I think I have a slow leak in my boiler system and my water is not heating properly. I have been in my house for 2 years and the boiler was here when we moved in. The previous owner advised us that she had it serviced every year and we have and it serviced once. Can I claim on my house insurance?

I live in Wales and have a semi detached house. On the other side of us is a detached house owned by housing. My husband and I want to build a garage down the side of our house but this would mean that it would block off most if not all of our neighbours garden ( the detached house ) I have had a look on line and it dosent seem that we need to have planning permission but I am still concerned. Does anyone know exactly what we need to do before we start building?

to everyone as after many months of seardhing and visiting I finally found this great place not far from where I live.

Where do I start? I want a magazine or local paper to write a story about them as they have really helped me to bring the best out of my boys.

I need to loose the baby weight I put on after my second child. He is now 1 and yet everything I try doesn't work. Does anyone have anything I can try and some motivation. I am now 2 sizes larger than when I met my husband and it is making me very depressed which I don't think is helping.

It has been something I have wanted to do for years and know that I am married with children I want something I can do for me. I dont know any deaf people but I have always thought that it is a good skill to have.

We have a BMW 3 series couple that we need to sell. Its in great condition and runs well. We have advertised on Auto Trader and quicksell but haven't heard a thing. Can anyone else recommend a good site to advertise. The car is worth over £2000 but we are selling it for £1300 as we need a quick sale.

I am thinking of fostering. Ihave spoken with my husband and he is happy to do it with me. We have 2 young boys and a spare room and time to offer a child everything they need but I dont know where to start. I live in South Wales UK.

With all the problems with credit crunch etc why should we as taxpayers have to pay to furnish Mps second homes? dont they get paid enough already? The only way to stop this is to speak together as a nation and tell them enough is enough. Who agrees?

I saw an article once which asked you how many faces you could see in this picture and then it explained what kind of person you were from the number of faces you could see. I was wondering if there is any other article or anything on this, that was a bit more scientific?

both my sisters are Christians and one is married to a vicar yet neither can be bothered with the family ie their parents. To a point where they wont even let them see the grandhildren.

My younger sister says she prays for them and that is enough and my elder sister just wont speak to them at all. The problem is no one not even my parents knows why?

I am trying to get them to talk about whatever it is they are blaming my parents for but they have now decided not to talk to me either. I am Muslim and I am just trying to understand how they can say they are Christian but have no love for family.

I already have on son who we have called Sam but this time my husband wants an arabic name. I am trying to find one that will go with Sam so people dont think that they different fathers because they dont. All the really traditional arabic names dont seem to work. I like Ramzi and think this will go ok but my husband is not too keen.

Can anyone give me some other suggestions.

My sister has decided she wants nothing to do with me or my family and has expressed the same with our parents, the problem is she has 4 children who have had a relationship with us all and we miss them very much. We can get in touch with her one daughter through her ex put in the past she has threatned her ex with court is he allows him to let her see or talk to us. Is this allowed? What right to grandparents have? All we want to do is to give her her Christmas presents and see how she is doing. This is tearing my parents up as she used to live with them.

There is no real reason for my sister doing this and we have tried everything to sort this out and find out why.

She still speaks to my younger sister and says that she hasnt said the children cant talk to us but I know that they would never ask her as she has a temper and dont want to upset her.

If anyone has any advice I would really apreciate it as I cant bear to see my parents so upset. All they want is to see my sister.
