Old 90's TV show- men with huge foreheads?
Hey there, I was pretty young when I watched it, and for whatever reason, I thought about it recently. It was an old cartoon where there were men with huge foreheads/brains which had to use a one wheeled prop to walk around. I don't remember any plot details.
Anyone remember this?
1 AnswerOther - Television1 decade agoHow do you integrate 1/(x^2+3x+2)?
I'm completely blanking. U substitution doesn't work, there's no trigonometric subs., nor any way to use partial fractions. Am I missing an elementary solution?
Step by step help will be greatly appreciated. I always pick a best answer.
Thanks!
5 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoWhat is the integral of x^5*e^(x^2) Using u substituition and integration by parts.?
Alright, well, I've gotten far enough to know that I'm missing something key. I've used integration by parts 4 times in a row with the resulting answer:
(2x^6e^x^2)-(20x^6e^x^2)+
(200x^6e^x^2)-
*integral*1000x^5e^x^2
I know you're supposed to factor something and divide by something...but I missed lecture today!
Anyone have an answer? ASAP if possible.
Thanks guys!
2 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoWhat wireless router do you prefer?
I've asked around, and everyone is pushing an $80 router. Is there a cheaper one on the market that works well for its value? I don't require super-fast connections or anyrthing. I'd like to pay $40 or less if possible.
(Brand and model number would be appreciated!!)
9 AnswersComputer Networking1 decade agoWhat components are necessary in a laptop?
I'm heading of to college in the fall, and have decided to get a Toshiba laptop. Now I need to narrow it down more. Just as a warning-I know nothing about computer components!
I will be using it for browsing, miscrosoft office, and the occassional game. I might download some music, but not much, and I don't plan on saving millions of videos/music to my laptop.
I'm also looking for a good price!
Here are my questions:
What size screen- 15.4" or 17"?
How much memory is minimal?
What processor should I get?
How much hard drive space/ RAM (minimal)?
What other options do you reccomend?
I'd like specifics (e.g. 17", Core 2 Duo, 1024MB memory, 1GB RAM....etc)
Thanks!
4 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoComputer for college: Laptop or Desktop & PC or Mac?
I know many people have asked this question, but I'd like specifics. Namely, learning a new operating system (Mac) scares me, and Windows Vista does too. I'd like to know what brand/model/extras I should invest in for college.
I will be a freshman at The Ohio State University studying in the biological sciences, maybe majoring in veterinary medicine, pathology, or molecular genetics (aka probably an 8 year program).
I'm not a big fan of the keyboards on laptops, along with the many problems they tend to have (overheating, theft, etc) but a desktop will take up much more room.
My final concern is the question; PC v. Mac. I understand that Macs have very few viruses and the system is relatively easy to learn, but my biggest concern is OSU doesn't have a strong tech support for Mac users. Also, what is the dish on Windows Vista. I've heard some horror stories, will it/has it gotten any better?
