  • How much should I make as a realtor's property manager?

I am in charge of property management for a number of residential houses, townhouses, and a few apartments for a realtor, and I feel like I should be paid more than I am. I know that the pay scale for property management varies greatly based on where you live, how many properties you manage, how much revenue the properties bring in, etc., so how do I go about figuring out what I should be making? Is it generally a base hourly pay plus a percentage of rental revenue?

  • Why does it feel so good to be sore?

I know that endorphins are released when you work out, but the next day (or occasionally two days later), when I'm inevitably sore, it's a really good feeling that's definitely different from some sort of fever induced ache, etc. Is it a purely mental thing, or is my body chemically thanking me for working it out?

  • What revolvers make good first concealed carry firearms?

I am looking to purchase my first handgun, and while I could be talked out of it, I kind of have my eye on a revolver. I've fired several recently and I really like them. They've all been too large for concealed carry though. One of my friends recommended a Ruger SP101, but I've also heard good things about S&Ws. I know it all depends on the individual, but what do y'all recommend?

  • How does the Triumph Bonneville compare to other sub-1000cc bikes like the Honda Shadow, Suzuki C50, etc.?

Obviously it's not a cruiser, but my current bike is a (horribly unreliable) older standard, so the Bonneville caught my attention with it's combination of a retro look, modern construction, and competitive engine displacement. There's a dealership nearby, so parts and service shouldn't be a problem. Mainly I'm concerned with how reliable it would be in comparison to Japanese bikes. I don't entirely trust the British to build something that won't fall apart on me (like basically every 70s British Leyland vehicle). I doubt I have to worry about Lucas electrics anymore, but still. Also, how comfortable would it be for a four or five hour highway ride? Could I get one with saddlebags large enough for a weekend trip?

  • What cruiser in the 750-900cc range is best for me?

I've been riding an old 305 for about 6 months now. I would like to step up to something bigger, but I can't decide what to get. My top priority is reliability. I need something that I can depend on every day because this is my primary mode of transportation. Also, I'm looking for something that's used (probably no more than 10 years old), so I want something that isn't going to be towards the end of its life when I buy it. I live in Atlanta now, so maneuverability is also important. Other than short trips around town, I'll also use it for 6+ hour trips, so I need it to be comfortable for a 5'11" guy.

So of the middle range cruisers made in the last 10 years, what are your recommendations? I've had my eye on the Suzuki Boulevard and the Kawasaki Vulcan. Do you think I can get one in good condition for under $3000?

  • Will a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 clutch cable fit a 1982 KZ305?

I need to replace the clutch cable on my '82 KZ305 and can't seem to find one specifically for that model. There seem to be plenty for 550s, 750s, etc. The cheapest one I've seen is for a 1980 KZ750. I assume they are all the same cable, but wanted to be sure before I ordered it.

  • What is the largest displacement production motorcycle engine?

I know Kawasaki makes a 2053 cc engine for its Vulcan, and today I saw a Triumph with a 2300 (which I'm sure is a 2290-something in reality). It led me to wonder, which company makes the biggest motorcycle engine? Obviously the Dodge Tomahawk has a Viper engine, but only a couple were sold, so it can't be considered production.

  • What can you tell me about a 1982 Kawasaki KZ 305 CSR?

I am looking for a small, light, cheap motorcycle to start out on. I've found a 1982 KZ 305 for $750 that looks to be in pretty good condition. It's got 15,000 miles on it and hasn't been in storage for several years like so many of the bikes I see for sale. I know I'll probably at least drop my first bike and probably wreck it, so I don't want to spend much money on it. I already plan on keeping this for only a few years, so I'm not worried about outgrowing the small engine size. So is there anything I should know about these bikes as far as reliability, parts availability, etc.?

  • $2500 for a 1986 Honda Rebel 450?

I'm shopping for a low powered motorcycle to get around town, and I've come across this 1986 Rebel 450 that they're trying to sell for $2500. That seems ridiculous for a 20+ year old bike, even if it only has 2000 miles on it. As I don't really know much about motorcycle depreciation rates, is this a fair price? I was thinking something more like under $1000.

  • What type of majors are recommended for a student planning on attending seminary?

I'm a current college student and I've recently decided to attend seminary. I can only assume that there are majors out there that would better prepare me than a construction management degree like I'm going after now. I'm thinking about switching to something like a communications or psychology degree, but would something else be better?

  • What was/is this bump on my back?

For the last little while, I've had a small bump on my back that was about a centimeter across. It felt hard and was a pale color (almost white). At first I thought it was a stubborn pimple, but when it didn't go away, I just assumed it was a cyst. It wasn't causing me any problems or pain so I basically ignored it.

Tonight, however, I had an itch in the general area that I scratched. when I did, I apparently broke the skin which I had never done before. I expected puss or blood to come out. Instead what came out was a white, waxy substance. Honestly, it felt a lot like candle wax. I squeezed out as much as I could and the bump essentially went away. There's still a slightly swollen area, but that could be a minor amount of irritation left over from whatever it was that was in there being there.

What could it have been? Could it have been skin cells that got into a pore or something?

  • What's the best free antivirus software for Macs?

I think I've picked up a virus or two on my Mac and the general attitude seems to be "Macs can't get viruses silly!" Several times my Firefox window has closed, only to have a small window open saying that something's going to scan for viruses on my PC. Clicking "ok" (the only option) opens a window that looks like something from Windows XP or Vista with a green progress bar. Before I could close it the first time, it got to "100%" and told me that there were a bunch of viruses it needed to fix and to click "ok" again. I just closed the window because obviously it was fake. It happened a couple more times, but hasn't happened for a week or so.

Is this even a virus? And since it's written for Windows, does it actually do anything to my Mac? Finally, is there any good free antivirus software to get it off?

  • Why do I get lightheaded after I eat?

When I eat a whole lot, I get slightly light headed. It isn't enough to give me trouble walking or even bring on actual dizziness, however, I'm still curious as to what might cause it. I don't experience it when I eat normal amounts of food. Only when I stuff myself. Could it have something to do with extra blood going to my stomach during digestion (and therefore oxygen)?

  • What causes this pain in my penis?

I have encountered this for several years prior to becoming sexually active, so I don't think it could be an STD.

Anyways, every once in a while I get a pain, best described as an ache, in my penis, usually on the left side underneath. It only lasts for 5-10 minutes. I had never looked at it before, but when it happened to me tonight, I noticed that one of the veins was enlarged and the area around it was a little red. Touching it caused no additional pain. After a few minutes, it returned to normal and stopped hurting.

Do any of you know what this might be?

  • Does anybody know where I can find a yellow seersucker suit?

I'm looking for a yellow and white checkered seersucker suit. It seems there are plenty of seersucker suits for sale in every color from purple to green, but I can never find any yellow ones. Does anybody know where I can get even a pair of yellow seersucker shorts?

  • How do I treat an unidentifiable sting?

I got bitten/stung by something on my forearm an inch or two from my elbow a couple days ago. I have no idea what it could be. However, it has swollen up and gotten painful. The swollen area is several inches across with a half inch to 3/4 inch area in the middle that is red and raised even more. There is no streaking of that area, however the surrounding swelling has a few streaks. I have no other symptoms such as a fever. Is benedryl the best solution? Should I see a doctor?

  • New, Used, or Classic?

I'm going to be in the market for a new car soon and can't decide whether to get a new, used, or classic car. Nothing says style and class quite like a car from the 50s or 60s, but maintenance would be a hassle. There are plenty of new cars I find desirable such as the A5, but I could get something much faster and higher end for a similar price, such as a 911 or M3 or maybe a Lotus Elise, if I buy used.

Right now I'm leaning towards used, although I still would prefer a classic car. The Rocket 88 makes my heart sing, but I just don't know if it would be worth the maintenance.

  • What would make a better first car?

I am going to be 16 in a few months and I took drivers ed. After just 6 hours in the car I already know I'm an excellent driver. I know I'm not going to wreck so ignore the statistics. Sooo....which of these do you think would make a better first car: Pagani Zonda F, Koenigsegg CCX, Lamborghini Murcielago, or Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano?

Just for the record, money is not a problem.
