  • How do I get out of this house?

I'm 17 and ever since I was 15 and I was involved/a witness/used in a murder, my parents have been over controlling.. there is a difference between looking out for your kid and holding them back. I've stayed the night at ONE friend's house since then and they are constantly paranoid. I really can't take it anymore. I have my GED and I asked them if I could get a job and they said no because we only have one car and my dad can work at any time of the day or night. So all I do all day is just sit here. And it is driving me insane. I want to move out and I do not want to wait until next year to do it. Is there any way at all that I can move out without having to get married? I know there is no emancipation statute in Idaho, but.. come on, there has to be SOME way?!

  • Would you leave someone if they had a kid?

I'm 17 years old and my 19 year old boyfriend has a 2 year old kid. He married the mom as soon as he found out she was pregnant with his child. They divorced last year because she was continuously cheating on him. My parents keep harassing me and yelling at me that I'm stupid and retarded because I'm with someone with a kid. But honestly, he means the world to me, and I do not plan on leaving him. I told my parents that I want to be with him and no one else, and they respond with things like "I guess you have to make your own mistakes!" or "you're retarded!" And they will just scream at me. They told me to go online and post something asking people if I should leave him and the majority of people will tell me that I'm dumb and I need to dump him. I don't think other people's opinions matter, especially when I feel this strongly about something. What should I do to get them to stop? They keep putting me down and screaming at me, no matter how nice I am to them and I just don't know what to do anymore.

  • My 6 year old nephew still goes "number 2" in his pants?

I had him wipe with baby wipes and watched him to make sure he isn't just not wiping good enough. BUT about an hour later he had crap in his underwear again! He doesn't pee his pants, but he constantly craps his pants!! He will be 7 in December and he has been doing this for over a year now. I know when I child goes to the bathroom in their pants it is a sign of a problem at home... BUT, I don't want to accuse my brother or his wife on not doing a good job at raising their kids. Even though I think they have done a great job other than their mother's constant yelling at them and their father's constant drinking and playing video games..

What should I do? Should I tell them they need to take better care of their children? How should I word it? Why do you think he keeps crapping his pants??

  • I think the police are taking advantage of me?

When I was 15 years old I was a "witness" to a murder. And now I've been having appointments with the prosecutor. I'm 16 years old until next month and they told me I'm not allowed to have a parent come in with me for my appointments. I'm still a minor. So, I don't understand why I CAN'T have my parents with me. Are they lying to me when they tell me this? Also, I don't know if it changes anything, but I live in Idaho.

Is it legal in the state of Idaho for a 17 year old female to stay the night at her 19 year old boyfriend's mother's house when they will be under parent supervision and sleeping in separate bedrooms?
