how much damage does drinking actually do? I have been drinking a little more than usual lately and I am not sure if its a coincidence or not but every time I drink I feel like my tonsils start to swell and hurts to swallow, I also feel like I have a fever.. then when I feel fine the next day.. this has happened about 3 times this week.. could drinking really be making me sick?

i have a t-mobile MyTouch 3g slide from simple mobile (branch from t-mobile)and at first the internet was working but then I reset it and it stopped i went online and fixed that.. then the picture messaging wasn't working so i found out i needed to download android 2.2 which fixed that and now ::sigh:: the internet wont work..and i cant fix it this time..help?

I have had this tooth ache for days, i haven't been able to sleep.. I'm a little delirious from all the pain and sleeplessness and I don't have medical insurance and have to wait till after the holidays to get to a dentist but I was wondering if maybe going to an emergency room will help.. would they be able to help me until i can see a dentist?
